Disney Trip

We stayed with 5 people and there was plenty of space. Three bathrooms made for a nice morning getting ready and there were basic amenities like pots and pans which was nice for breakfast and snacks. If you’re coming for Disney, plan on a half hour drive (at any point of the day)

Nice, just Needs a few things

This place is nice. We would have appreciated having hand soap. There weren’t any pool towels and the pool closes early at 7:45, which was disappointing. They need more plates. Make sure to bring extra laundry soap and dishwasher tablets. The master bed caves in and was hard to sleep on. The pillows were flat. There are no seasonings. The tv in one room didn’t work. It’s at least 30 minutes to Disney world.

We come and stay in different condos in Florida at least once a year. The condo itself was fine except for the washer having mold and mildew. But with having a teenager with us, we were highly disappointed to find out the pool closed at 7:45pm each evening, per the security guard

Place was great, loved the pools and Condo. Wish it had a few more basics like dish soap and extra toilet paper provided but was exactly as listing described so 5 star

We have wintered in this condo for 11 years; it originally was owned by our daughter. We have made some lasting friendships over these past years and always enjoy catching up with them each winter. Welcome Homes USA has been very responsive to our needs and the owners have also updated some needs(especially new mattresses on the beds). As the carpeting is showing it's wear over the 11 years, we're pleased that Welcome Homes always gets it cleaned at our request. If I had one recommendation, it would be to replace the carpet in the bedrooms; it is showing its wear and tear; and the original paint job is also in need of freshening. There are some areas where the original paint has worn off from wiping stain spots off the walls. However, we are very comfortable here and hope to continue our winters at Bella Piazza.

Great place to stay

Nice place to stay. Clean and convenient to Disney. The only thing to complain about was at night when the kids wanted to relax in bed and watch tv there wasn’t one. However, the pictures online showed a tv in that bedroom .
