Q: Can we check in early?
A: Early check-in is possible if there are no guests departing the same day — just ask! Late checkout can be arranged for a $100 fee and must be arranged prior to 48 hours before you leave.

Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are allowed outside only — with windows and doors closed. Please clean up afterward.

Q: Who can use the resort amenities?
A: All registered guests are welcome! Just send me the names of anyone in your group 48 hours prior to check-in so I can get them added.

We had an amazing stay! The themed rooms were absolutely adorable and made the whole trip extra special for our family. The house was in a good area and was exactly what we expected per the photos on the listing. The kitchen was very clean and we had plenty of room for all of us to relax and hang out together. It was a bit cooler than expected so we didn’t get to use the pool as much as we had hoped, but the kids had fun when they were in there and it was nice that we had a personal pool as well as access to the clubhouse pool for more space. Overall it was a good experience and we would stay here again if we come back to the area.

This makes 3 years in a role that my family and I have booked this property. We absolutely love it and will continue to book if going to WDW. It is in a great location for food, theme parks and having back street routes to bypass heavy traffic is nice as well. The host Amanda is always friendly and easy to reach. She does anything she can to accommodate us and we greatly appreciate that. We highly recommend this property!

The place was amazing. The host made sure we were taken care of and enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean when we showed up and we even had stuff we didnt expect to be provided with. And the best part for the kids was the pool amd themed bedrooms!! We would definitely highly recommend and will be staying again.

Our family had an excellent stay at this property. The home was exactly as advertised—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. One of the biggest highlights was the location; being so close to Disney made our trip incredibly convenient, saving us both time and effort each day. The host, Amanda, was extremely responsive and professional throughout the entire process, from booking through check-out. She made sure all of our questions were answered promptly and that we felt well taken care of. Everything was great! The host and property were amazing. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed to cook. Plenty of towels, toiletries and toilet paper to get us started. We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The property was exceptionally clean and located in a safe, quiet area, perfect for a family getaway. The heated pool was a great addition, and the condo itself was spacious with comfortable beds and great amenities. The location was ideal, just a quick, easy drive to Disney. Amanda, the property owner, was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. This is the second stay for my family and I at this property and we love everything about it. The location is perfect for doing Disney which is what we did each day. Surprised my daughter for her 25th bday with a trip to Epcot. We had such a blast! House was great, was awesome to cook breakfast every morning, beds were super comfortable and much needed after walking the parks for hours. close to walmart and maingate entry. Would definitely recommend for your disney stay and would stay again!

Disneyworld Vacation

We had a great stay. Check in was super easy, even at 2:00 am. The condo was clean and spacious, and felt very secure. We spent all day, everyday in the parks, so I can’t speak to the amenities at the clubhouse or the pool there. It was nice to have the little pool on the back patio, even though we only used it once. The best part of this resort is the communication with Amanda, the owner. I always had immediate responses whenever I had a question about anything. I’m very impressed by her attention to detail and effort in making each stay magical. Thank you again!
