Enjoy a relaxing getaway in Davenport, Florida. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features one of the largest floor plans in the resort. Located as a third-floor corner unit, you’ll enjoy beautiful views and natural privacy provided by tall trees right outside your private, screened-in lanai.

Please Note: There is no elevator in the building. Guests must be comfortable climbing three flights of stairs. However, being on the top floor means you’ll never have to worry about the noise of footsteps above you!

• Pools & Relaxation: Access to 4 heated pools, 6 hot tubs, and a fun children’s splash pad.
• Outdoor Fun: A children’s playground, convenient barbecue grills, and a scenic walking trail around two ponds—perfect for spotting local birds, turtles, and alligators.
• Fishing: Bring your fishing poles and tackle box to fish off the resort’s private dock on Lake Davenport (valid fishing license required).
• Sports: Enjoy the on-site basketball, tennis, and shuffleboard courts. Guests are welcome to bring their own gear (including pickleball equipment to use on the tennis court!).

We are perfectly situated just a short drive from Disney World Theme Parks, a fantastic array of local restaurants, and great shopping. This condo is the ultimate home base for travelers who want to explore all day and return in the evening to unwind in the pools and hot tubs.

Important Access & Amenity Notes
To ensure a smooth stay, please review the following resort policies:
• Excluded Amenities: The interior of the Tradewinds Restaurant, the main Clubhouse, Mambos, and the fitness center are privately owned. Guests staying in our unit do not have access to these specific facilities.
• Poolside Food & Drinks: You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks to any of the pools and hot tubs (including the Tradewinds pool area). Please note that glass is strictly prohibited around all water areas.
• Dining Tip: While you can order takeout from Tradewinds, please be aware that pricing is subject to third-party inflation at the discretion of Beyond Blue Lodging. Since you're on vacation, we highly recommend exploring the incredible and diverse dining options just minutes outside the resort instead!
