Beautiful Bahama Bay Resort. 15 minutes from all the parks.
Recently upgraded to Platinum (Highest level). New glass top range/oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator. Newly painted and new wood floors (January 2022)
Boasting more than 1,200 square feet of space, this 3-bedroom Abacos villa at Bahama Bay Resort & Spa is ideal for family vacations or group getaways. Comfortable king-sized bed in the master bedroom, queen‐sized in the first guest bedroom, and the second guest bedroom features two twin beds. There is also a sleeper/sofa in the living room. This Abacos villa also features two full bathrooms.
Enjoy meals in the fully-equipped kitchen which includes all major appliances such as a refrigerator, new oven w/ glass-top stove and microwave, and also includes cookware, utensils, and glassware. With plenty of room to spread out, guests will love the spacious living room-dining room area and can take in the scenery from 2 screened balconies with tables and chairs.
An in-unit laundry room means guests can wash clothes while watching cable TV in the living room or bedrooms.
Best location in the resort. Building 18, 50 feet to the pool, beach, dock, and bar/restaurant. Quiet third floor unit with no one above.
Free parking right out side the door.
All Bahama Bay amenities are included in the price of your rental. There are 4 heated pools, 6 hot tubs, a children's splash park, playground, video game room, beach, lake, BBQ grills, walking / jogging nature trails, volleyball, tennis, basketball, fishing dock, pool tables, foosball, fitness center, Internet cafe computer stations, library, and free coffee/tea 24/7. There is a full service spa onsite as well as 2 restaurants, a market and gift shop. Off site there are restaurants, a Publix (grocery store), liquour store, pubs, golf course, gas station, bank and all sorts of other shops. All within a 5 minute drive.
No additional fees or service charges at the resort. Your payment includes everything.

The location is just perfect, close to the pool and restaurant. The resort has everything that you could possible want. So many facilities that we could used and met so many friendly people. This really was a perfect stay for the whole family. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and is really quiet. Excellent communication with the owner. We would love to stay again very soon as it really was a great vacation.

we were very impressed with the unit we stayed in. We enjoyed the proximity to the pool and bar,plus the fishing dock. We enjoyed drinking our coffee out on the porch watching the lake and enjoying the breeze. The 2 bathrooms was especially nice.The three rooms came in handy also. It's a beautiful place to stay at. The accommodation was good and the place was fantastic. Depending on where you need to be, it may be perfectly located or a bit far. The I-4 is very slow everyday if you need to head into Orlando. But the place was great and the property was excellent.

The pictures don't do the condo justice. We stayed with 4 kids, ranging 8-15 and there was plenty of spade for everyone. John was so generous and let us check-in early and then check out late. It was so much appreciated. We will definitely stay here the next time we're in the area! Thank you!

Great place that has everything you need.

We booked this condo to watch our son play baseball at the NERP field. The field was less than 5 minutes away. Quiet complex. This unit is right by one of the pool areas that had beach volleyball, hammocks and pool. Complex has basketball courts, 2 pickleball courts and shuffleboard. The condo had everything we needed for our 3 night stay.

Nice property but a couple challenges

Our reservation was not found under our name when we went to check in. It took property management over an hour to finally figure out that the owner had not put our name down in the reservation but instead his own. Facilities and amenities are good. Living room furniture in the rental was broke down and not very comfortable.

Great Apartment in a Quiet Neighborhood" The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making our stay very comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for relaxing, though it is a bit far from the park if you're planning to visit frequently. One thing to note is that the building does not have an elevator, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or staying for an extended period. Being on the 3rd floor might be challenging for some. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet and cozy home base! Thank you John

Family Friendly Stay

Clean 3 rd floor clean condo close to pool and sand area. Website pictures do need updating, as it showed an arcade room which the receptionist stated had been gone for a few years. We had disappointed children for that reason. Only one spare blanket, so an extra blanket per bedroom would have been nice All in all it suited are use as a base for our vacation away from noise and crowds. Great communication with staff and quick responses from owner. Would definitely recommend and stay again, thank you

Great condo for the price of a hotel

Decided not to cram the family into a hotel room and try this property. What a great experience. Our only regret is we spent so much time at the parks that we couldn’t enjoy all of the amenities/activities this place has to offer. Condo had everything we needed. Everyone slept comfortably in their own rooms. No arguing over bathrooms. It was amazing. Can’t wait to stay again. The stairs were a surprise but after walking a whole theme park those were just dessert. 😂👍

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed the condo! Beautiful, clean, spacious and perfectly situated right next to pool/hot tub, restaurant and fishing dock. Although it’s situated on the 3rd floor with stairs only, it was worth the extra exercise. Beds were comfortable and water pressure good. The complex provides a couple days worth of bathroom toiletries and kitchen/laundry supplies (soap/paper towels/detergents/coffee) but after that, you have to supply your own. So bring more should you be staying a few more days. Close stores and restaurants. We used the gym, situated next to clubhouse and walked everyday. Really enjoyed our time at Bahama Bay!

Universal/SeaWorld Vacation

About a 30 minute drive without traffic, could be up to 50 minutes with traffic. The stay was worth the extra travel time for us as the condo was spacious enough for our family of four. We had an issue with the toilet running constantly and loudly on our second day. The service was quick to respond and it was corrected before we returned for the day. I like that all of the towels and bedding were supplied. The owner communicated with us in a timely fashion. The upkeep is done by an onsite service. We were able to enjoy the amenities of a hotel without the hotel feel. I would highly recommend.
