Universal's Endless Summer Resort - Dockside Inn and Suites

"My family chose Dockside mainly because of the benefits of the early access to Islands of Adventure and the occasional early access to Epic Universe, along with the free shuttle bus service which is totally amazing!!!!!! There are 3 very regular shuttle bus services departing from just outside the front door going to Islands/Universal, Epic and Volcano Bay. No booking required. Dockside is a very large resort hotel with 2 lovely big swimming pools and a good restaurant, serving food right throughout the day to suit your return from the parks, or shopping (!!) at any time! It has a Starbucks (opens at 7am), a gym and a Universal gift shop. Although the reception area is generally always busy, making it difficult to speak to anyone in person, Dockside has an excellent text messaging service and telephone service, which gives you almost instant answers to any questions you may have or instant attention if you need anything in your room! Extremely efficient! There were a couple of things in my room which required the maintenance team to fix, but through the text messaging service they attended within a very short space of time and fixed the issues. They were also very friendly and said to call again if there were any further issues - they work 24/7. You cant ask for more!! The cleaning staff were also very friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily extremely thoroughly! Honestly, it is the best customer service I have ever received from any hotel anywhere!!"
