Beautiful & Well Stocked

Beautiful hike for our recent family vacation. There was plenty of room, the kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels and pillows, clean and tidy! We did have a small issue with online check-in. The code we received didn’t work so we had to call for a new one and reception wasn’t great in this area. The washing machine also made a funny draining noise constantly, although we were able to get it to work we wish the company had maintenance out during our stay to look at it. We enjoyed our visit and would stay again!

Property Management is VERY Inflexible

Requested for an early check in was not granted. I would not stay here if you are flying in from somewhere else or make sure your arrival time is around the check in time. Property management is not willing to work on early check in, even if you are requesting for an hour early. Very bad communication with the property management. Not very responsive. The water pressure in the master bathroom is very very very low. Called for the management to fix it. No one came. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE!

Don’t stay here

Water pressure and heat in the master bath is non existent, couldn’t even take a shower in there. Dirty blankets and sheets on the bed, dirty couch, crumbs and trash in and under the couch and on the floor. The dishes in the cabinet still had lip marks around the rims of each cup. The balcony was filthy with black stuff all over the floor and stuff all on the outside furniture. Handles on the bathroom sinks had dirt/debris on it. The mirror in the 2nd bathroom had handprints all on it from where someone was doing the dirty in there. All in all I am very disappointed in this location and me and my family will never rent here again. The only good thing I can say this location has is the club house. I can’t believe I spent this much on a dirty motel type setting… I’ve stayed at motels that were cleaner.

Ok place

This was a good place to stay but we highly suggest to put a ceiling fan in the primary bedroom; it got hot and the ac was not the best. Also, the water pressure in the showers was almost none existent. Another suggestion will be to have the basic necessities to offer to the clients like: couple of water bottles, coffee filters, etc.

Nice place

Very nice place close to stores. Place was clean. Had to get the shower head in the master bathroom replaced because the original one did not work at all. The only thing that is horrible is the check in process. You can only check in after 4pm. My advice to you is to get there at 3pm and wait. The line of cars can wrap around the corner. You have to check in with security 1st, then they give you this bright orange paper that you have to scan every time you enter the property. And this orange paper must stay in your windshield while parked on the premises. Now sometimes that barcode doesn’t read on the orange paper when you are trying to enter. The only good thing is, if security sees that you have the orange paper they will let you go through. Security is there 24/7. I feel the check in process could be a little smoother if they implemented a gate with a code you enter instead of this orange paper. Other than that the premises is nice and your family will have a great time.

Great location for all things Disney!

Great location, the place is new and clean! Property manager quick to respond to concerns. Cell service was not that great and there were a few issues locally with WiFi but they were finally resolved. Master bedroom much warmer than rest of condo even with air on 68.

Storey Lake - near Universal

Our Storey Lake condo was beautiful and was exactly as pictured! The pros were that the unit was so spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the proximity to Universal. The cons were the sliding door did not lock and the front door handle was very loose, it felt like it was going to fall out of the door. We found a fake eyelash on the master bed frame. There were crumbs on the couch. There were cob webs in the corners of the unit. It also didn’t look like the carpet had been vacuumed. The water pressure was so hard in the master bath that it hurt to shower. The property itself was very pretty however it was disappointing that even though the posted hours said the water slides were open 9am-9pm, that was not the case the two times when we were there during our stay so we didn’t get to take advantage of that amenity. I would definitely book at Storey Lake again however I would not book through Deconova Vacations. All dealings with this property manager we’re awful. They have zero communication skills and no follow through. I almost cancelled our reservation because of their complete lack of customer service.
