CHECK IN
1) Front desk is open 24 hours for check in. You will get a parking pass and your key card when you register with receptionist 13428 Blue Heron Beach Drive, Small building. Orland Fl 32821
2) Luggage storage in receptionist area. You can ask at front desk
3) Luggage carts are available by the elevators for guests use. Please bring them back to ground level or leave in elevator so it will go back down
4) You can park indoor or outdoor in the parking lot. Don't forget to display your parking permit in your windshield to avoid getting towed
5) Wifi is free. It will say either Tower 1 or Tower 2 depending on the building you are staying
6) Smoking only in outdoor space or balconies. Please avoid using heavy scent on balconies as it will affect the neighbors and they will report to the front desk. There are seating in pool area and by Lake front. Also outside the front desk building
Note: Bedroom outlets are connected to switch on wall with other outlets. Stove is electric so oven needs to warm up to reach temperature
CHECK OUT
1) Take all garbage to the shoot before leaving
2) Please leave laundry in washer & on top washer
3) Leave all dirty dishes in dishwasher or sink. Please run water before so left over food don't dried up on them as it is harder to clean
4) All linens are counted so there maybe a charge if missing
5) Everything in the condo below to the owner and not front desk so please bring everything back to the condo since each condo is individually owner and doesn't belong to the front desk
6) Please leave condo in presentable manner since we may have same day check in

PET POLICY
Pets are not allowed in certain common areas, such as dining areas, pools, or fitness centers nor game room.
1) Please use dog walking trail and clean up after your pet.
2) Please don't put pets on beds nor use towels for pet
3) Please clean up any left over hair as its difficult to get them out so there maybe a charge
4) All pets must be on a leash when walking around property and near other guests for the safety of everyone
5) Pet fee is base on the size of pet. Starting at $60 per stay
6) The following breeds are prohibited. Pit Bulls, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Doberman Pincher, Chow Chow, Akita, or any other breed, whether pure bred or the predominate breed of a mixed breed dog, generally regarded by the insurance industry as presenting a coverage 'risk for liability insurance, Code of Ordinances, Article II, Chapter 5 Animals.
GENERAL
-Please bring back all pool towels to the condo or there maybe a charge
-Wheelchair access -No stair to enter condo or move around in condo
-All condos have bath tub and whirl pool tub. No walk in shower for wheelchair
-Fishing is allow by the lake for recreation only
-All Bathrooms have tub with wider sides & partial hand rails

TRANSPORTATION
Best way to get aroung is by Uber or Lyft since most places are not far so its not expensive
Also you will get picked up from where ever you are and don't have to walk to the parking lot where the shuttles drop off and pick up. You can also come and go as you please so you can go before the shuttles get there and avoid the lines or stay later for the light shows which are after dark. The parking at the parks are sometimes more than Uber or lyft depending where you are going.
