Ship-Wreck Island on site brand new water park strictly open for guests only at a small fee per person per day

Very well maintained property is good and close to all the main attractions. Children's water park is not included in the stay, have to buy separate ticket.

Great Community! Will definitely stay here again when down in Orlando.

Loved the feel of the community. Booking the room and paying for it was simple enough. The room was everything the photos promised it would be. Very comfortable stay, especially for the deal! It rained while we were there so we were not able to enjoy the mini golf, water park or paddle boats that my son was super eager about. Gives us a great reason to come back, rent with Jake and give it a shot.

A great vacation and wonderful stay!!

My husband and I stayed a week at this property. From the booking it already went very smoothly with the owner. It was our first time booking through this site so it was all a new experience. We were very well informed up to the day of our vacation. The resort was very nice and personnel was very helpful. The studio was very clean and spacious with all the needed amenities. The resort is also very centrally located, so it's ideal if it's your first time visiting the area. All in all a great stay. We would definitely recommend the property to others and book it again!

The property was amazing, Some of my family stayed on Disney grounds and when they came to visit they was shocked at how better Westgate was than Disney All Star, After this visit we will be all coming back at Christmas and staying at Westgate. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is that the internet should be included other than that every day was AWESOME

Won’t return

Check in process was a joke. Giant line. No info at check in about what’s included etc. steakhouse service and food were horrible. Overcrowded pools and jacuzzis. Everything closed early which makes no sense we’re people are on a vacation at a resort on the weekend. Much better places to go.

Vacation Nightmare

If your "owner" identifies himself as "Jay" or "Jake", use extreme caution. We booked this property in September of 2016 for 24 nights which was confirmed, and we paid the entire fee. Jay is not the owner, but a dishonest "broker" who has a contact and put us into a place for only 12 nights which didn't match the description on the listing. He returned half our money and left us high and dry for the remaining 12 nights. Much more to tell about this "owner", but bottom line, don't waste your time with him, book something else, with someone reputable, this guy is NOT. Date of arrival February 14, 2017

Acceptable

We stayed here because our normal spot was taken. A goo place for families with children. The pools were over packed and people were rude. We were upgraded to a one bedroom the location was not great but acceptable. The place was acceptable but not great. It was a dated unit that it looks like no one uses. I just did not like the feel of the place. Not friendly.
