Additional Rules
A guest fee will be applied for each additional guest beyond six.

Up to 2 pets are allowed, there will be a fee for additional pets past that

Additional Fees:

We offer an early check-in if the house is available up to 3 hours early, starting at 1 pm the day of check-in for an additional $100 convenience fee. In addition, late check-out is available up to 12 pm the day of checkout for an additional $80. Early check-in and late check-outs have to be approved prior & paid for prior to the start of your reservation.

NO Smoking inside the House, any trace or scent of smoking left will result in a $200 Cleaning Fee.

Event Rules:

Hosting Events: All events must be communicated and approved by the host PRIOR to the start of the event.

Guests: 1 additional guest per adult is listed on the reservation. I.e., if your reservation has 10 total guests confirmed, you are allowed to host a small event with up to 20 people during the hours of 8 am to 11 pm

Types of Events: The events are limited to family gatherings, birthdays, reunions, weddings, and related events.

Noise Level: must be maintained so as not to disturb the neighbors. If music is being played after 11 pm, please ensure the volume is reduced to the normal talking level.

Cancellation: The host reserves the right to cancel any reservation found to be violating event rules. Warning, neighbors have advised that they will contact local authorities for any events breaking local noise and occupancy ordinances.

Damages: Please report all damages and incidentals so we can properly address, fix, and/or replace them in a timely manner. We reserve the right to process any damages or excess cleaning costs to airb&b support
