Explore our fully furnished, beautiful SunHaven Vacation Home with a Private Pool in the heart of hot Kissimmee Florida.
The 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom Townhouse is located in the gated community of Compass Bay. Community gate access code will be provided after booking. We're located 8 minutes away from Disney World. Practice your swing at a nearby Golf Course. Other Theme Parks in Orlando are also few miles away.

Our whole family enjoyed our time in this house. The kids adored their beautiful bedrooms and the pool on the back patio. Great location, well equipped, and clean. I especially appreciated that it was easy to contact the owner/ manager and they responded very quickly. Great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone staying in the Orlando area!

Family Vacation

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property. Excellent gated community location. Close to Orlando theme parks and few minutes drive to Walmart Super Store. Loved the outdoor pool area overlooking the lake. Very responsive host. 100% will stay again!

Awesome House

The house was exactly as advertised. Comfortable accommodation, super equipped with necessities, great communication with host. Walmart and Publix is a few minutes away and close to the theme Parks. My family will definitely stay here again.

Everything was top notch. Clean and well maintained. New mattress. Refrigerator was nice. Nice Keurig coffee maker. Nice double recliner. Plenty of room for all our stuff. And Mike the property guy is real quick to correct any maintenance issues.

Perfect for Family Vacation

Lovely Home for a Family Vacation

This is a beautiful home with thoughtful accommodations for a family to enjoy time in Central Florida. Very close to dining, shopping and area attractions. In-ground pool for refreshing soak after a day in the park. The owner is very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Most amazing experience ever!

Highly recommended place to stay if youā€™re visiting the Disney attractions. The home, located in a quiet gated community is very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with thoughtful utensils. Host was responsive. My family and I will stay here again!
