For your convenience, there is one bedroom located on the first floor with a full bathroom next to it. The first floor also offers a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed for additional guests and a dining area. The remaining bedrooms and game room are situated on the second floor.

To get in, you will be at the security gate, checked ID and provided with a guest pass for the duration of your stay. You will need to provide us names so we can register you with the security gate. Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. They will also have access to the Resort's Clubhouse and amenities by paying a one-time fee per house per reservation that should be paid directly at their Office:

- We offer a propane BBQ grill. There will be a $40 fee for its use. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. Guests that request this service understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.

PACKAGES DELIVERY
- You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the doorstep.

POOL HEATER:
- We offer pool heating for an additional $35.00 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90°F (maximum
