This gorgeous vacation home is designed to be your "home away from home" during your Orlando adventure. With three spacious bedrooms, each featuring a flat-screen TV, everyone in your group will have their own space to relax after a fun-filled day at the parks.

Luxurious Bedrooms:

Upstairs, you'll find two king bedrooms, both with private bathrooms for ultimate comfort. The third bedroom has two twin beds and its own bathroom, making it ideal for families or groups.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:

The modern kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, is perfect for preparing meals and saving time and money from dining out. Whether it's a quick breakfast before heading to the parks or a home-cooked dinner, this space has everything you need.

Convenient Half Bathroom: For added convenience, there's a half bathroom located downstairs, perfect for quick refreshes without needing to go upstairs.

Entertainment for Everyone:

With TVs in every bedroom, everyone can relax and enjoy their favorite shows and movies after a day of Orlando's excitement.

In-Unit Washer & Dryer:

Enjoy the convenience of washing and drying your clothes right in the comfort of your condo! Please note, we do not supply laundry detergent.

Private Jacuzzi & BBQ:

After a day of exploring, unwind in your very own private Jacuzzi! No need to share with others - this is your personal space to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The home also features its own private gas BBQ facilities (propane gas NOT included in the reservation), so you can enjoy outdoor dining with ease.

Resort Amenities (Optional):

Please note that resort amenities are not included in this reservation. However, guests can access the resort facilities, including the outdoor pool and fitness center, for an additional USD $100 per day.

Resort access for restaurant and concierge services is included.

However, amenities including the pool and recreation area, as well as the gym and fitness center are controlled by card. Guests must pay a daily fee of US $100.00 per unit to access these amenities. You can pay at resort as needed.

This home is self-check in. There will be no "lobby" or anyone to greet you. You will receive a personalized code for the door and security gate 72 hours before your check-in.

Rental Agreement:
• All guests are required to sign a rental agreement via DocuSign prior to check-in.

Gated Resort Access & Parking
• 24 hour prior to check-in we will send the gate code for access.
• There are no parking fees, parking is free (included in your reservation)
• Please park in the designated space corresponding to your unit.
• Additional vehicles must park in non-assigned spaces without painted numbers.
• The Association monitors parking closely and works with Magic Tows.
• Improperly parked vehicles may be towed if the owner cannot be located.

Self Check-In:
• This home is self-check-in.
• Guests will receive a personalized door code 24 hours prior to arrival.
• There is no lobby or in-person check-in.

Starter Supplies (Not Replenished)

A complimentary starter supply is provided for day one only:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• Travel-size hand soap and shampoo per bathroom
• 2 garbage bags per bin
• 1 paper towel roll
• 2 dishwasher pods
• Dish detergent and sponge

* Basic kitchen essentials are included (pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils).
* No condiments, seasonings, coffee (or filters), or tea are provided.

Hot Tub Use:
• Use of the hot tub is included with your reservation
• Guests have full access to turn the hot tub on and off
• Temperature may be adjusted by guests
• Use of the hot tub and surrounding areas at their own risk.
• Guests are responsible for the supervision of everyone in their party.

Grill Notice
• There is a $100 flat fee for use of the gas grill in the summer kitchen.
• Propane gas only. Charcoal is strictly prohibited. Evidence of charcoal use will result in a $500 fee.
• Guests must clean the grill area after use.

Resort Access
• Restaurant and concierge access are included.
• Access to the pool, recreation areas, gym, and fitness center is $100 per unit, per day, paid directly to the resort.
