7 Bedroom 6 Bath Vacation Villa, Minutes from Disney World!

7 bedroom + 6 bathroom vacation villa! Perfect for multiple families/generations that want to vacation together! Gated community with community clubhouse, pool, and gym! Backs to greenbelt for great views! Home has 4 bedrooms with queen/king beds and 3 bedrooms with bunkbeds/twin beds. One of the bedrooms is on main floor with queen bed and 1 bathroom on main floor. Total sleeping capacity=18.

Movie theater room and a game room with pool table, foosball, dart board, flat screen TV, video game systems, and more! Free wifi, full kitchen with utensils and plates/bowls/cups, laundry room with washer and dryer, living room with 75" TV and DVD player, and dining room. Backyard pool area includes table and chairs, lounge chairs, one large pool, one hot tub/sauna pool, and one shallow kiddie pool (with child safety fence). Heat can be turned on for pool and hot tub for an additional cost. Trash service comes 2x per week. Driveway can park 3 vehicles. On-street parking available. Portable crib, high chair, and stroller at home. All bedrooms have TV's, cable TV, and DVD players. Two large soaking tubs with separate showers. Bathroom on or near all bedrooms.

Home is 5 minutes from Animal Kingdom gates and 10 minutes from all other Disney Parks gates. 5 minutes from Interstate to get to Sea World and Universal Studios. Multiple restaurants close by, as well as a Wal Mart within 5 minute drive.

Great place to stay for family Disney vacation

Wonderful house. Family of 11 with plenty of space. Comfortable beds, very clean, excellent location for Disney parks. Kids enjoyed the pool, video and arcade games. If you’re planning a family Disney vacation, this is the place to stay.

7 of us stayed ages 13-51 amazing clean villa , pool great , plenty for the kids to do. Beds very clean and comfortable,location was closed enough to all parks , surrounding properties were all high class.i would like to return next year

Great Location, plenty of room

Very clean, any need was addressed. Great communication with property owner with great instructions. close to WDW and Universal. Weather worked against us for pool use but it was clean, bright and inviting! Would stay again.

Excellent property and great location for all the parks. Anthony was very helpful. My only negative is that the pool was very cold when we arrived and the hot tub didn’t work. Anthony managed to turn the heat of the pool up remotely which did make a difference.

We had a great stay here, Anthony was very helpful and responsive. The home was beautiful with lots of games for the kids. Close to everything you want to do in Orlando and easy to get to.

Beautiful and large home, perfect for our family vacation. Anthony was very responsive and answered all of my pesky questions and offered recommendations on places to eat, etc. The clubhouse was a fun hangout when we didn’t want to be at the home nor drive too far.

We rented this property for our family of 11. There was plenty of room and plenty of activities for each group. The first floor bedroom was great for my elderly mom. The pool and game room were a highlight. We would recommend this property to anyone!

Loved it!!

The home is spacious leaving plenty of room for our family of 16. The kids enjoyed the pool, ps5, Xbox and game room. Beds were comfortable and the home was clean. Overall the stay was amazing.

Family vacation

The cleanliness and description of the property was great! There was a few minor issues but the host answered communications fast and efficiently and took care of them right away! Once you check in and get your parking pass its super easy to come and go!

Best house for a family vacation!

This house was just PERFECT for me and my 12 family members to visit Disney for the week!! When we weren't at Disney, we enjoyed the pool and all the other amenities that came with the house. There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The house was clean and very pleasant! We will definitely be coming back! 10/10 Recommend this house and enjoy the week I got to spend at it!

Great home for our soccer team!

Our soccer team was in town for a tournament at ESPN WWS. This was a perfect house for the team - easy drive to ESPN, plenty of room for everyone, and great pool/outdoor area. House was exactly as advertised and owner was prompt with communication.

House had everything you could ask for, loved the pool, it got lots of use. The kitchen was well stocked, it had everything we needed to create our meals. The only negative was that the beach was not as close as expected, it took 2 hours going and coming home.

Home and More!

Extended family gathered together for vacation in a roomy, well maintained, lovely home. Plenty of in-home entertainment for rainy days. Water activities for sunny days. Ideal location with plenty of food venues, and a variety of other activities. We enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave. Whether you're a large family or a smaller family looking for a little extra breathing space, we highly recommend this home.

Perfect place for a family vacation...or to ride out a hurricane

We had a great time, despite our family vacation being interrupted for a couple of days. Anthony is a great host. He was in touch with us the entire time, and ensured we were in good shape as we prepared for Hurricane Milton to pass by. Location was great! Only minutes from the parks (even if Milton decided we should spend more time together and less time at the parks). The house was very clean and had tons of things for us to do while stuck inside. Hoping to book again in the future. Thanks so much!!

AMAZING home!!!

My family stayed in this home, alongside my brother and his kids and it was the most perfect home we could've asked for! The space and layout is huge and very convenient. Anthony was wonderful and very communicative and even allowed us to check in 30 minutes early so we could visit Medieval Times. We loved the game room and the full-size Arcade games so much and enjoyed many Game Nights, after days seeing attractions in Orlando and Kissimmee. Super close to major attractions and a quiet and safe neighborhood. Next time we come to FL, we definitely plan to stay here again
