I have been staying at ChampionGate every year for 5 years. This house is the worst. The house is dated and worn which is no big deal because we have it slightly cheaper than comparable units. However, the management is doing a poor job to get the unit ready for guests. Here were some of the horror stories that happened:
1. when we first check in to the house at night after 20 hours drive, the unit had no hot water so we can't take shower. We had to wait until the 2nd day to get management to come in to turn it on.
2. On the 2nd day morning, we want to use the private house pool and found it so cloudy and full of bugs. The pool pump was obviously forgotten to turn on. We called the management to turn it on and clean it up. It is not until 3rd day of the stay the pool is in usable condition. However, the day after, the pool is full of bugs again. We basically were only able to use it once during the stay.
This will be a unit where I won't stay there again. I believe that I should be refunded or moved to a different unit which none of them happens.
