Resort management

We tried to check in after the stated time of 4:00 pm. Was told room was not ready and we would receive a text. Never received the text. Went back after 6:00 and was told room was ready but never notified. Asked for room near pool due to mobility issues. Did not provide. Had to drive to pool. Guest on balcony spit down on my daughter while she was At the pool with her children. Only did one Afternoon at pool and guests were very rowdy. Spent most days at parks. On last day requested courtesy later check out since flight was early evening. Was told no even though we had a delayed check in. They said it was because we had a 3 bedroom. One of the guests told us owners are not supposed to use VRBO but when I was asked if I was a friend of an owner I said we booked through VRBO. Maybe that’s why we were in tower 1 with no pool and view of parking lot. In any case the price was right and we had plenty of room. No housekeeping service though. I would use VRBO again. Your folks were always helpful and booking was very easy. Thanks!
