The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home at Storey Lake Resort Towers in Kissimmee, one of the most convenient resort communities for visiting Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, shopping, restaurants, and Orlando’s top attractions.

This modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located on the 3rd floor and accommodates up to 7 guests. The home has been designed to offer comfort, convenience, and a relaxing vacation experience for families, couples, and business travelers.

Layout

Master Bedroom:

King bed, TV, and private en-suite bathroom.

Second Bedroom:

Full-over-full bunk bed plus one twin bed. This room is ideal for kids, teens, or additional guests.

Living Room:

The living room includes a sofa that may accommodate 1 guest if needed. Please note this is not a traditional sofa bed; however, extra blankets will be available in the closet for guest convenience.

Bathroom 2:

Full bathroom located in the hallway.

Important Towel Notice

We provide bath towels and medium-sized towels. We do not provide face towels or washcloths due to our internal post-COVID hygiene policies. Please plan accordingly.

Starter Welcome Kit

We provide an initial starter kit for your convenience. These supplies are not replenished during the stay, so guests should plan to purchase additional items as needed.

Starter kit may include: hand soap, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, small bar soaps, dish sponge, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher tablets.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the entire condo, with the exception of one locked owner’s closet.

Entry is via smart lock. You will receive your private access code prior to arrival, so there is no need to check in at a front office.

Mandatory Community Registration

Storey Lake is a gated community with controlled access. All guests must be registered in the Dwelling system before arrival.

After your reservation is confirmed, we will request:

Full name of the primary guest

Full names of all adult guests

Names of all drivers

Vehicle license plate numbers, if available

Once registered, we will send you a barcode to present to the security guard. This barcode may be shown on your phone or printed.

Please note: the community reserves the right to delay or deny entry if guest registration is incomplete or if the required information has not been provided in advance.

For security reasons, the exact property address and arrival instructions are only shared with confirmed guests before check-in.

The condo is located inside Storey Lake Resort in Kissimmee, one of the most desirable vacation rental communities in the Orlando area due to its central location, gated access, and resort-style amenities.

A personal or rental car is highly recommended to make the most of your time in Orlando and Kissimmee.

Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available in the area. The resort area offers convenient access to major roads, including I-4, SR-535, SR-417, US-192, and the International Drive area.

Amtrak stations in Kissimmee and Winter Park connect to other cities throughout Florida.

Parking

FREE open-lot parking is available near the building. Parking is generally available for approximately 3–4 vehicles, depending on community occupancy.

Please do not park on the grass, sidewalks, driveways, or any restricted areas. Commercial vehicles are not permitted by the community.

The community and/or HOA may enforce parking rules, towing, fines, or access limitations. Guests are responsible for following all posted community parking regulations.

• Max temperature: 95°F (35°C) — entire pool heats uniformly

• Not effective in cold weather — no refunds if desired temp

not reached due to outdoor temperature

• Community resort pools are heated at no extra charge

Security deposit: $500 USD — refundable within 2 days of

check-out upon property inspection.

Parking: Free on-site. No parking on grass or blocking

sidewalks. No commercial vehicles. HOA rules strictly

enforced — towing at guest's expense.

Packages: USPS may return. Use Amazon/UPS/FedEx/DHL. Host

not responsible for undelivered packages.



Interaction with Guests:

Self check-in via keypad smart lock. Your personalized door

code will be sent 24 hours before arrival — no office visit

needed.

We're available via platform messaging before, during, and

after your stay.
