PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes/apartments as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

PACK-AND-PLAY AND HIGH CHAIR NEED TO BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 72 HOURS BEFORE CHECK-IN.
Requests after 72 hours before check-in will be charged $50 to have them assembled.

We don't provide pool towels

* Rental Agreement should be filled out and signed prior to check in. If this form is not completed properly and returned at least 48 hours prior to arrival, check-in information will not go out. There is a security deposit ($300.00).
