Enjoyed our stay here for cheerleading nationals. Great location close to ESPN world wide or sports, Disney and universal studios. Very comfortable and our kids enjoyed the pools.

My family stayed at this location for Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. The resort is close to the Disney parks. We loved the pools and the room was very nice. Our family enjoyed staying here and would do so again.

The resort amenities are great. Unfortunately, the rooms are dated and the bath towels are paper thin and scratchy. Restaurants are nice and convenient. Very close to Disney.

We’ve stayed at Bonnet Creek many times. Right on Disney property, close to everything, beautiful grounds and pools, lots to do for young kids, units are very clean. Just know that they will ask you to attend a time share presentation upon check in but that’s optional. I always say no.

Great Service and location. View was beautiful and room was clean! The resort itself checks you in flawlessly and than sends you to get your bands and such. At that time they are nice but too pushy for the Time Share stuff coming up with all kinds of you won a free stay! But everything else was absolutely perfect! Will be back!

Excellent Location to visit Disney World. Resort and rooms are nice a quiet. Would not recommend eating at the resort as the dinning is not great and the place a 18% service charge on all orders and then ask for a tip. Service and food is just ok, and overpriced, not a great value.

Our family spent 5 days here and enjoyed our stay. Condo was as described, clean and great overall location and communication. Wish we could have explored the grounds more, daily long periods of rain dampened our stay a bit but gives us an excuse to stay again soon to be able to utilize all the amenities there is to offer on site!

Overall very pleased with cleanliness of property and amenities in room. Lazy river outside tower 5 is exceptional! Restaurant selection is good, just wish more offered more kids meals (choices). We’ve stayed here multiple times and will stay again! (2 adults, 2 kids ages 7 and 9)

This place is great, close to everything. We checked in 2.5 hours after check in time and our condo had just been cleaned But they left trash bags and dirty towels in bags at the front door. Not the type first impression your expect. But, I would recommend the place. Service was great.

Nice resort, not so great service

The property is beautiful and well kept. The pools are great. Our suite was nice - clean and spacious. The check in process was not smooth and I really hated that I was assigned a room so late. Communication from staff was not good. While I was waiting for my room I went to get something to eat since I hadn’t had anything since I left Minneooalis early in the morning. When I got to the restaurant there were lots of open tables, but they all had dirty dishes. I sat at a table and waited 10 min, but no one brought me a menu or came to take my order. I went to the bar and stood there for 10 minutes. The bartenders basically ignored me, so I left. Great property, but my family made sure we went somewhere else for our meals.
