The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in Storey Lake Resort – a bright four-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse with lightning-fast Wi-Fi and room for 10 to spread out and relax.



SLEEPING: a king main suite with private bathroom, a second king bedroom with shared bathroom, and two bedrooms with a full bed and a twin bed each, sharing a bathroom – great for kids and cousins.

LIVING: a fully equipped kitchen for family breakfasts and comfortable dining and living areas for the whole group.

OUTDOORS: your very own private pool – heating is available for an extra fee, just let us know at least 48 hours before your reservation.

INCLUDED: 10 towels, fresh linens, a fully equipped laundry room and a welcome kit with basic essentials to get you started (replacing extras is the guest's responsibility).

RESORT: the jewel of Storey Lake is its clubhouse with a resort-style pool, lazy river, splash park, playground, fitness center and tiki bar.



LOCATION: 6 minutes to Walmart, 13 minutes to Disney, 14 minutes to the Premium Outlets and 24 minutes to Universal.



Guest Access:

The whole townhouse is yours to enjoy – private pool, kitchen, laundry room and every bedroom and living area. STOREY LAKE RESORT: show your booking confirmation and ID to the guard to receive an access code for your stay. Clubhouse address: 4693 Fairy Tale Circle, Kissimmee, FL 34746. All guest names must be registered before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Storey Lake Resort is a gated community on Osceola Parkway and SR 535 – one of the closest resorts to Walt Disney World. The clubhouse is the heart of the fun: a state-of-the-art fitness center, lazy river, putting green, playground, splash park, resort-style pool, volleyball court and a tiki bar with cold drinks and snacks, plus sports courts around the community. Shopping, dining, nature trails, the Orange County Convention Center, Disney, Universal and SeaWorld are all a short drive away.



Getting Around:

A car is the most convenient way to explore: the resort sits right by Osceola Parkway and SR 535 with quick access to I-4 and the theme parks, and parking is right at the townhouse. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 30 minutes away depending on traffic. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are widely available.



Other Things to Note:

AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request (ID and payment method must match). Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.



GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.



POOL & SPA HEATER (if applicable): The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.



GRILL: Grill rental is available for a separate fee and must be requested before arrival. Propane exchange is not included.



HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and the resort is not responsible for unattended packages.



AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
