This is a self-catering vacation home. A starter kit is provided:

-1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
-1 roll of paper towels
-2 trash bags
-Dish sponge and detergent

-Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner)

No food, condiments, or seasonings are provided.

-Professionally cleaned before check-in

🗑️ Trash Disposal

Guests must follow resort trash guidelines and use designated dumpsters daily.

📦 Online Deliveries

-USPS does not deliver to vacation homes
-UPS, FedEx, and DHL are recommended
-Some resorts may charge package handling fees

We are not responsible for lost or returned packages.

🔥 Pool Heating

-$35 per day (3-day minimum)
-Request 48 hours in advance
-Max temperature 95°F
-Attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not include jets
-Spa can only be heated together with the pool
-May not perform efficiently in cold weather
-No refunds for weather-related performance issues

Our pool heater pumps include a safety system that may temporarily shut off service during extreme cold weather conditions to prevent overheating and maintain proper functionality.

Extra fees may apply for rule violations, damages, or excessive cleaning needs.
