Megacon Weekend

Two night stay was perfect for the five of us. It was roomie, well equipped & comfortable. The staff was friendly & the location is great. Short ride to the Orange County convention center, universal’s city walk and a quick walk over to international drive. Would definitely stay again!

12th Floor view was amazing

Check in Issues/ Lack of help to resolve problems from host and staff

I booked through VRBO for 5 nights, but upon check in Westgate said we only had 4 nights. We were put through the wringer to adjust the issue and the owner of the place Jake got very irate and angry at us for reaching out to him for help. He called us idiots for not reading check in details and also accused us of not being able to understand English because of our ethnicity (I was born in the US and English is my first language).The place is decent and conveniently located. Staff were very fast if we needed anything other than that. But wish we hadn’t stayed there. Should have stayed at a Disney or Universal resort. Ended up being same price anyway.

Orlando 2024

We had a great time. Loved how we could walk to the Univerrsal resorts to catch a shuttle to the park. The little cafe I. The lobby was great for breakfast and real Starbucks drinks. The hot tub is huge so it was not crowded even with 10 people. We felt very safe walking to and from the shuttle at night parking was easy at the resort and after a 15 hour drive it was so nice to be car free for a few days.

Awesome Resort Condo

This is a great location for visiting Universal, Orlando's StarFlyer swing, Disney Springs and other Disney Parks...especially if you have a rental car. It sleeps 6 comfortably and has 2 bathrooms. It was very clean and each morning I would receive a text to see if we needed anything. Great customer service! Thank you!

Family VACA w/ pets

I would have given 5 stars for everything but when we first arrived after checking in, as we were walking to our condo for the first time, a cleaning lady saw us with our dogs ( on harnesses and a muzzle just for others comfort) and called security on us. I had already paid the pet fee and assumed when checking in that the info was already there. I had to go back to the lobby and tell the lady at the desk and show where I had paid the pet deposit. It wasn't a huge task but just slightly annoying to have a security person come to our door right after we got there. Other than that, we really enjoyed the resort. It was exactly what we expected. I would definitely stay here again.

The room worked great for a family with children - well equipped for with all the comforts of home.

Check-in was a little challenging as there was some issues with the pet cleaning fee (I paid it in advance through VRBO but apparently that was supposed to be charged directly to me at check-in). The employee was patient and worked through the confusion, despite the growing line of customers. Upon settling the room, there was a very distinct smell of marijuana, despite the clearly-posted no smoking policy. Again, the front desk was very accommodating and assisted us with easily moving to another room conveniently. Despite some hiccups, the staff did a good job of making things right and our stay went well. All in all, our stay was comfortable and the staff did a good job in resolving issues. I do think next time we’re in Orlando, we will probably choose to pay a bit more to be at a resort with more amenities.

Great Memorial Day Weekend

This is my third time here. What else can I say but that we love this place. The staff was awesome and attentive. There’s an array of food options close by. Another great and memorable weekend for our family.

Modern suite next to Universal

The location was amazing. We could see the new Epic Universe from the room, and we were 10 minutes from the Universal parks and outlets. Suite was clean and very modern.

A great apartment and close to just about everything in Orlando!

The apartment was great! It had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Easy check-in and check-out. We felt safe and comfortable. And most (if not all) of the major attractions in Orlando are very close! You can see Universal Studios, Epic Universe, Icon Park, and more directly from the windows. We will be staying in this apartment next time we are in Orlando!

Cleanliness

We’ve always had great experiences with Vrbo stays, but unfortunately, this one didn’t meet expectations. The bedding quality was disappointing—pillows and the mattress were lumpy and uncomfortable, and the sheets were thin and scratchy. What really stood out was finding a long black hair in the sheets, which made us question whether they had been properly cleaned.The kitchen was also lacking in some basics, like a baking sheet, which I would have expected for a well-equipped rental. Additionally, the dishwasher was full of hardened soap powder from a prior stay and wouldn’t run, making cleanup difficult.We specifically filter for five-star properties, so I was surprised by the quality here, as it didn’t feel anywhere close to that standard. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I think these details are important for future guests to be aware of.
