Great stay!

This resort is amazing! Lots to do on the resort itself and close by to parks and Disney Springs. The condo is so convenient and very comfortable. All the amenities of a great resort at a Vrbo price. Don’t hesitate to book!

Check in was a mess. We asked for a lake view room not bottom floor because we have a little one that likes to run and would have full access to the pool. After some time the told us tower 6 on the sixth floor. We were happy with the room assignment. We drive to tower 6 unload everything. Go straight to the elevator to sixth floor to look at room number and realize it is the ground floor. We head back down and go to the desk to be told they have nothing available in this Tower with lake view and we need to move towers. To say the least we were not happy. However we took what they gave us and loaded the car back up and drove to the next tower and unloaded car again. The only complaint with the room is that the floor below us smoked multiple time a day/night which prevented us from sitting outside.

Nice place to stay

The timeshare was very nice. Lots of room. Wished it had 2 bathrooms. The kitchen sink gurgled most of the night into the wee hours. Called maintenance. He came up within 15 minutes but didn’t do anything to fix it. Reported it again to the maintenance manager, supposedly sent someone to fix it while we were out, it stilled gurgled that night and the next. Rented a cabana for the day, supposedly to be marked as reserved but it was used by a different guest, cleaned it myself and was able to enjoy it for about 2.5 hours then was told to vacate at 9:15 because the cabanas closed at 9 after we were told we could stay til 10. Waste of $120. Asked for a refund or partial refund was told not their policy to refund anyone.

Quick trip

We have stayed at this property before and enjoy the easy access to everything including Disney. Only thing is everything must be charged to your room or pay by credit card and we like to pay with cash. Otherwise everything was great.

Great room and rate; NO PARKING

We stayed there because I was visiting my daughter and her AC was out. The price was right and the room itself was perfect for us. Large rooms and very comfortable bed. Great set of initial supplies. However, parking is terrible. I need handicapped parking and there are only 7 HC spaces for our tower with 234 units. Regular parking was limited as well. If you got in after 7pm you’d have to park in parking deck. Which means you either have to take stairs to the ground floor or take the elevator then walk up hill from that end of the deck to get to your tower. Someone with a wheelchair, a walker or cane would not be able to manage this. It is right on the edge of Disney property and close to Springs. Our view was the lazy river and lake but it’s not private. You can see other rooms and balconies when your outside; and they’re close. Its a beautiful resort, but it was crowded for September. I was told this was their off-season, so I cannot imagine when it’s fully booked. I would consider staying again but only if I could get it for the same rate.
