Modern two bedroomed, two bath/shower-room ground floor apartment completed in April 2015. Furnished to the latest in modern Spanish design, the apartment has been equipped with the digital generation in mind, offering State of the art linked to Police/Ambulance Security system, Fibre-optic WI-FI, Smart LED TV with Blu-ray player and Blue-Tooth/USB Micro system for music. Furthermore for families with young children, the enclosed tiled garden/patio is fully fenced and private offering a secure area to play. It is a secure gated complex with cc tv videophone entry system.
Professionally cleaned, a €60 charge is payable upon arrival, you will find a spotless apartment for your stay.
Playa Flamenca area has a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants and is a popular location for holidaymakers and residents alike. Summer evenings are very busy in Playa Flamenca and there is plenty of live entertainment on offer in the various bars and plenty of choice with restaurants offering cuisines from all over the world, including Asian, Italian, Spanish, English, Irish, Argentinian and Thai to name a few. A modern apartment complex at the respected and desirable Alameda del Mar, Playa Flamenca, Orihuela Costa, near Torrevieja, Alicante province on the Costa Blanca. Playa Flamenca is situated within easy distance of two airports at Murcia (RMU) and Alicante (ALC), both appx 40 minutes drive respectively. It can be accessed from the N-332 coast road or from the toll charging AP-7 motorway (at the La Zenia turning). The apartment is south facing for Sun throughout the day from mid-morning and well into the evening until Sunset. There are two swimming pools on the complex, one a very large adult pool and a shallow adjoining young children’s pool. The pool area is surrounded by a gated fence so unsupervised toddlers do not roam free into it. The beautifully kept communal gardens offer generous space for sunbathing. A Car is not necessary as all amenities are within walking distance, however if hiring a car there is a covered private parking space by the apartment door. Airport transfers can be arranged at competitive prices versus the taxi-firms. Capacity for up to six persons with Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with walk in shower, one double bed, one twin bed. The living area sofa bed can sleep a further two children. A Travel cot and high chair are available to rent locally. Please note the locally payable cleaning charges of €60 per stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, hob microwave and fridge freezer, Coffee Maker and all utensils necessary for home cooking. Separate utility room with washing machine and storage. Dining table with four chairs extends to six plus two breakfast barstools. Patio dining table and chairs under the 4.5 x 2.5 meter Toldo (awning). A ‘Plancha’ (table top grill) is available for outside cooking. The Air conditioning unit is a new ducted system, powerful but efficient, eco-friendly unit. Satellite TV with all free to air UK TV channels. Community Fibre - Optic TV input offers UK plus Euro channels and lots more for European visitors. Blu-ray player + library of films. Blue-Tooth Radio/CD player with USB input. Tower Speaker with Blue-Tooth connectivity - listen to music whilst relaxing on the terrace. Costa Blanca Guides plus a traditional road map for visitors use. Ground floor, ideal for families with young children, elderly and people with mobility problems Enclosed large non slip tiled private patio area secure and ideal for children to play Large communal swimming pool and gardens with children's pool. Sun chairs are provided. A Cool box with ice blocks is provided to take to the beach or pool. Less than one minute walk to the local Supermarket Two minute walk to nearest bar/eatery, with fantastic sea views Five minutes walk to main bar/dining area. Fifteen-Twenty minute walk to main Playa Flamenca beaches. Go karting two minute walk. Twenty minute walk to La Zenia boulevard, the biggest shopping complex on the Costa Blanca offering many designer outlets, plus one of the best Primarks you could find. Daily Coach trips throughout the region available with an excellent local operator. Numerous quality golf courses nearby, La Manga is within easy driving distance. Had a lovely stay the position of the apartment is close to bars and restaurants beach 15 mins walk to the beach had a problem with the fridge freezer but Olga our key holder sorted out Ldle supermarket across the road no need for a car if you don't fancy driving
Property was very well located for supermarket, restaurants and bars. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Terrace was a sun trap and was nice having breakfast and lunch there.

Have stayed in this building several times no. The rea has started to go down but see much development going on around now. Very good location for Punta Prima, La Zenia and Playa Flamenca. Very clean, well equipped and great service from Olga the manager.
Comms and check in were superb with clear instructions, prompt and very efficient process for access.
Apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The swimming pool area is amazing - one of the best pools we have used in a long time. The complex is quiet. A previous guest mentioned noise from the gate which is next to the apartment’s terrace. It does get used but was never intrusive whatsoever - very convenient though!
The location is good for access to the commercial areas with loads of places to eat and drink.
A great family property, this apartment is about as good a location that you could imagine, not only in the complex itself but with everything you require right on your doorstep, there's nothing not to like. right at the entrance to the complex, 30-40yds from the pool, with its own private terrace and literally everything you need within the apartment, we have had a great holiday, we are a family of 5, with children of 13, 4 and 2. The whole experience for us has been painless from the minute it was booked to the minute we left, The owner contacted us immediately and just helped the process, also as a bonus, the housekeeper runs a transfer service (at very favourable rates), so these guys have everything covered. We will return most definitely and this place comes highly recommended from us.
Our 2nd stay here. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Very comfortable apartment with sun on the terrace all day, can get very hot so the awning is very welcome, some sunbeds would be a welcome addition.
Owner and key holder were easily contactable.
Note the terrace can be noisy at times being next to the apt block gate although there is a privacy screen the footfall may be an issue for some guests, we didn't find this an issue and we found it very quiet at night.
We didn't use the pool but it is close by. Maybe 25 min walk to the beach but is generally flat.
Decent wifi and some UK tv channels.
Overall a great apt for a couple or family.
We would happily return again.

A lovely apartment in a very good area yku don't need a car as everything is within a short walk just needs a new micro wave as the one there is looking a. It tired the bed settee in the living room as seen better days other then that its a lovely apartment

Great Apartment, great location, Very nice and helpful owner
Nothing but good to say about Mike and his apartment. Very very well equipped, alarmed, blue ray player, music player, sat tv, all in a very secure complex. Huge pool set in lovely large garden. Every thing is local, bars, supermarkets. This is a holiday makers dream apartment.

We had a great time at Mikes Apartment, Great Location close to all Amenities , Had the Sun on the Patio all Day and the weather was great for the time of year.Had a slight problem with the WiFi but Mike and Paul had it sorted straight away.

We found the apartment was very clean and convenient for shops and restaurants. The beach was within walking distance. We felt that it was more suited to a couple and two children rather than four adults but that was a minor problem. Overall a pleasant experience and thanks to Mike for his help.Mick Edmonston.

Great apartment in a great location
The apartment was large clean and airy the terrace had plenty of room to eat sit and sunbath the flat is handy for everything shops bars and resturants the only negatives are it was next to the main security door for the whole complex and it banged from early morning till late night which was a shame the loungers were broken had to fix them with cable ties to make them useable the seat cushions on the outside chairs were all worn and ripped.Two of the seats for the beach were unuseable but we managed with the other two.Its a shame about the noise as i would have stayed there again
The property was nice and well maintained, in a secure complex with a lovely big pool and smaller children’s pool.
The apartment itself isn’t big enough for 6 though, 4 of our 6 were children but we still had nowhere near enough room both in the apartment and also storage for clothes etc.
The pool was great but the area around it was very narrow on 3 sides meaning most people are sat at the bottom of the pool, on grass as there are no sun loungers, no inflatables allowed, no ball games so not great for families with young children, really handy having a Lidl directly across the road but not much going on in the surrounding area in the evenings entertainment wise!

El apartamento está muy bien. Como pinto negativo, lo ruidoso por la noche de la zona, sobre todo que al estar al lado de la puerta peatonal, cada vez que entra alguien con "código" (en vez de llave), parece que estén pulsando los dígitos en tu habitación... Y un pitido ininterrumpido del portal de la urbanización de enfrente, que en el silencio de la madrugada se oye mucho...
