We have a fully equipped apartment of 85m² for 4 people in Orihuela Costa (Lomas de Cabo Roig, close to the sea and golf courses), located 50km south of Alicante airport.
Arranged as follows: kitchen (oven + microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), dining room, living room, restroom
Upstairs: two bedrooms and bathroom with shower, tub and shower.
On the top floor: solarium with table, deckchairs and umbrella.
You will also have access to the two swimming pools.
The indoor pool includes a spa with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and even a fitness room

EXCELLENT SÉJOUR

Nous avons eu la chance de passer un séjour dans ce super appartement extrêmement fonctionnel et propre dans lequel on s’y sent comme dans une bulle et avec comme bonus l’accès à volonté au SPA ROYAL PARK de la résidence équipé d'une salle de Sport, Piscine,Jacuzzi ,Sauna de quoi se faire une cure de bien-être au quotidien J’ajouterais que Mr China a été aux petits soins pour nous en nous proposant les meilleurs restaurants et des lieux à visiter autour d’Orihuela costa..Bref un séjour excellent et mémorable et dans une ville avec des architectures magnifiques.. Nous vous recommandons donc cette belle opportunité avec Mr China ! Du bien à vous

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très agréable. La description correspond tout à fait à ce que vous trouverez sur place, l’appartement est spacieux, lumineux avec tout le confort nécessaire. La piscine et le SPA sont superbes, l’accueil a été très chaleureux. J’y reviendrai sans doute si je séjourne dans la région. Propriétaire très sympathique et à l’écoute, excellente communication. Je recommande cette location à 100%!

Appartment 1st Class, Very well equipped and in a very friendly neighbourhood.

My husband and I stayed here for 10 weeks and loved every minute of our stay. Flat is very close to bars and restaurants, and local beaches 10 minute drive. We visited murcia ,cartagena and lots of stunning beaches. We will most definitely come back again as Claude is so welcoming and looks after you ..We miss your place already Claude🤔😘

Great stay in a lovely and peaceful apartment

We stayed last year at the Royal Park and we loved the complex’s layout, swimming pool and health suite. We were not disappointed this time around staying in a different apartment. This apartment was really set out well and it was comfortable and met all our family’s needs. It was very peaceful and Claude has it well equipped with everything that you would need for your holiday. The Royal Park is a great but you will need to hire a car if you are staying here as it is a short drive away from the coast . That said, there are restaurants, cafes, a British supermarket and Irish pub all within walking distance. The only minor fault is the apartment only has French television stations so you may want to bring some dvds for the kids but in reality with the facilities at Royal Park this was not an issue for us.

Beautiful accommodation!

If you are knowledgeable of this area (Orihuela Costa) then you will enjoy your stay here. It's within a beautiful gated complex with parking available. The apartment is spacious and modern and the pool amenities are of the highest caliber. The photos are exactly what you get! As a host (Claude) things are kept simple and easy. Everything went according to plan. I cannot recommend this place enough. However as most experienced travelers to this area will advise you, to get the most from your holiday it is better with a car rental. I have stayed in several rentals in this region over the years and this is by far the best I have stayed in to date. 5 stars are not enough!!! Thank you Claude and family!! Fantastic holiday! Definitely will request to book again!!
