The apartment is in a prime location for golfers as championship courses are easily accessible. The superb new shopping mall, Zenia Boulevard, with an extensive range of designer shops, dining options and play area, is a 25 minute walk. At hand are also some of the most extensive hiking trails in the country, two marinas, tennis, sea fishing, horse riding, go karting and quad biking as well as extensive water sports facilities. In addition, the area boasts a huge amount of artistic variety and heritage, with local markets and attractive villages/towns to visit.
