Renovated and bright apartment on the first floor composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, furnished terrace overlooking the communal swimming pool, 5km from the beach, 3.5 km from La Zenia, 50 m from VillamartinPlaza and the Villamartin golf course. Free public parking nearby. Airco in the living room and fan in the bedrooms. Open kitchen, hob, oven, washing machine, dolce gusto, kettle, toaster, fridge. The cleaning and disinfection costs are 85€. A rental guarantee of 150€ is requested when the keys are handed over.

Apartamento: Limpio, equipado, super cómodo y la piscina genial. Hemos estado genial de lujo. Personas de contacto: Rebeca es la persona de contacto genial con ella. Top mais certaines choses à revoir

L'accueil a été au top . La localisation est bien mais pas grand chose à faire à pied. Le lieu est super mais deux bémols sont à revoir : les lits sont vraiment inconfortables, nous avons tous eu mal au dos et il manque un lit double dans une des chambres. La piscine,l'appartement et la résidence sont propres et la plage située à 7min est top !

beautiful apartment , very clean and comfortable, nice place

we have chosen this apartment for its location close to the golf Villamartin where we used to go each year. I will certainly come back there next year.
