  • Apartment of the El Bosque complex is located in Orihuela Costa, a town located in the south of Alicante, easily accessible by the airports of Alicante and Murcia.

    The beach is 500 metres away, easily accessible on foot. In addition, the city of Torrevieja is nearby, accessible by public transport.

    Nevertheless, you will find about a hundred metres from the complex, supermarkets, restaurants and other attractions that can make the stay convenient and enjoyable.

    The apartment is therefore part of a new 3-storey building. You will find a swimming pool (with a lifeguard in season), private parking, the complex is secure and guarded...

    This apartment, located on the ground floor, has 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed and another with twin beds, bathroom (with toilet, shower, double sink), a living room with LED TV, TV and satellite, a dining room, a kitchen equipped (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and complete appliances). You will also find a laundry room with washing machine. The terrace with a view of the pool is about 15 square metres and is equipped with an electric barbecue. Lovely clean and homely apartment which had everything you require. Aircon very good and quiet. Lovely grounds and swimming pool. Close to Lidl and commercial centre with lots of bars and restaurants. Very secure gated complex which felt safe and good communication with Michael the owner? . Would recommend 100%.

Relaxing break

We had a lovely stay here. Excellent position for restaurants and bars. We were permitted to stay on after normal check out. Whixh was very much appreciated as we had a late flight home.

Holiday

The propery, was immaculate, it looks over the pool, very safe complex, with bars restaurants and a Lidl store across the road, we would stay there again and the owner was so helpful and polite, 10 out of 10.

Well equipped comfortable apartment

Great central location. Apartment well equipped as described. Biggest disappointment being no sun on the balcony. Great for a short winter break when the sun is not as much of a priority

Nice appartment

Very nice apartment and complex lovely pool in a good area.Only downside id that the apartment i due north so there is no sun on the balcony. But it might be a good thing in the summer months

Good place, some minor defects

Entrance was easy with a lock box. Apartment has a good layout. The view to the pool is nice. Parking is very safe inside walls. Kitchen is ok, but little room for food. The frying pans were in bad condition. All the hinges and locks need service. Bathroom locks did not work. Hinges made noises. Apartment was in a good place for us.

Perfect location but more importantly the apartment exceeded our expectations. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped - The photos do not do it justice. Could not have hoped for a better experience all round. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was well located for where we wanted to be. Miguel was very helpful when meeting us. Unfortunately an issue with plumbing next door on the first day, so dealing with plumbers. Pool very busy. The main issue for us was the overpowering smell of cannabis from the next door balcony that seeped through our flat. After being out all day the smell hit you on return and had to open doors to let it out. A tidy apartment with all you need and well presented.

Todo fue genial, Miguel nos guío para el check in, la piscina fría por la fecha que fuimos pero impresionante, la mejor mantenida que he visto, el sitio super tranquilo y la gente ( vecinos ) muy educados, tiene una plaza de garaje en el recinto, tienes sombra hasta las 13 horas.Nada más salir tienes un LIDL y un bazar, un poquito más adelante 2 minutos por burguer King, a 7 minutos a pie un Carrefour, ya si quieres Mercadona mejor con el coche, también el C.C LA ZENIA a 5 min en coche.Recomiéndo ir al mercadillo de los sábados.Para ir a la playa también recomiendo el coche, ya que tiene buen aparcamiento.Respecto al apartamento es muy fresquito en 1 semana solo se encendió en 2 ocasiones el Aire acondicionado, está situado en una primera planta con ascensor, tiene 2 dormitorios 1 con cama de matrimonio y otro con litera que abajo también es de 135 y arriba de 90, un sofá cama, el aseo da a las 2 habitaciones, (un contra para mi) la cocina equipada horno, vitro, lavavajillas, cafetera, tostadora, microondas, hervidor, y nevera nueva ( la pusieron el día que fui allí, Michael y Miguel lo gestionaron super rápido)También el balcón enorme con vistas a la piscina, con sillas, mesa.Para los niños juguetes y 1 trona portátil, taburetes, pelotas, libros.... TV con muchos canales y buen wifi.Al llegar está todo limpio, con toallas y sábanas.No es perfecto pero si al 90%, tiene alguna puerta que roza y algún detalle más a reparar para un 100%. SIN DUDA REPETIREMOS!!!

Fint pool område.

Lägenhetens storlek och område liksom swimmingpoolen var utmärkt. Vi nyttjade ej köket förutom kylskåpet saknades en brödkniv vilket borde finnas i alla hushåll. Sängen var för oss inte bekväm alls men den är säkert bra för andra beror naturligtvis på vad man är van vid. Det negativa var att det fanns en stol som var söndrig och nån har tejpat den så vi är glada över att ingen av oss försökt sätta sig på den det hade kunnat slutat väldigt illa nu rasade den när jag la min necessär på den. En list vid entré dörren var lös/sönder så vi fick in kackerlackor via springan till min frus förskräckelse. Precis utanför vår dörr stod det skräp/kartonger i en vecka. Grannen bredvid hade fått in vatten från en annan lägenhet så i två dagar hade vi vvs arbetare som ringde på och sökte läckan i vår lägenhet dock var den från en lägenhet ovanför. Inget som ägaren kan hjälpa naturligtvis men vi vågade oss inte ut så de dagarna förlorade vi tyvärr. Skulle vi hyra här igen ? Ja för området är bra med närhet till allt.

le beau temps en hiver

Cela fait plusieurs fois que je loue cet appartement et ce pour plusieurs raisons. Il est bien situé, les commerces, sont à proximités et les restaurants aussi. Le seul problème de cet appartement c'est qu'il est au nord et donc pas de soleil pour faire sécher le linge. Sans doute un avantage en été
