This house has everything twice: 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms connected by a large living hall. Car parking on the plot. The Villamartin golf course is at the start of the road and 3 others in the immediate vicinity. All shopping facilities, bars and restaurants are nearby. Experience this unique house in a quiet yet central location! Excursion possibilities: Mar Menor and La Manga, Cartagena as well as the university city of Murcia and the palm tree city of Elche. This house is also very suitable for exclusive GOLF small groups.
