This spacious and cozy house, decorated with great taste, is located just 3 km from the beach of La Zenia in Orihuela Costa and only 500 m from a large shopping area with stores and restaurants. Distributed on two floors, the second floor consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find the kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious and bright living room with direct access to the terrace with gas barbecue, where you can enjoy pleasant evenings in the company of family and friends.
In the large communal pool you can refresh yourself and enjoy the sun on hot days.
