"Very disappointing stay overall. The hotel looks completely different in person than it does in the pictures online. From the outside it seems acceptable, but inside the property felt extremely old, poorly maintained, and neglected. There were damaged walls, ceilings in bad condition, carpet coming loose in several areas creating a tripping hazard, and a strong unpleasant smell in the pool area that was very difficult to tolerate. The breakfast was also very poor. I also did not feel the situation involving my service dog was handled professionally or with much understanding, which was especially disappointing. The overall atmosphere of the hotel honestly felt uncomfortable and poorly maintained. I normally do not like leaving negative reviews, but I believe future guests deserve an honest description of the experience before booking."
