"We found it very grubby and run down. The rooms were in very poor condition overall with mould and very poor finishings and cleanliness. The noise levels in the hotel was really bad but probably due to the large gaps at all door, including the balcony sliding door which allowed the army of ants to engulf the room on a regular basis. Overall very poor and essential ruined our holiday in Palmanova."

Only criticism was the maids seemed to work in pairs and spent alot of time talking loudly every day in the rooms or on the balcony. The walls here seems to be hollow. "

"We love son caliu, we stay here every year, and we meet a lot of returning guests when we stay. The hotel and amenities are fantastic. The beach and jetty very clean and picturesque, pool area in garden lovely and a beautiful spa with gardens. The food is amazing and all the staff amazing. We have stayed in the hotel, lovely, this time we stayed in an apartment, lovely and big with nice large balcony, really enjoyed our stay,see you next year."

"Had an amazing stay at Sergio’s house. It is a beautiful property with everything you could ever need. Brilliant location to explore the island: close enough to Palma and some incredible beaches/supermarkets etc. Sergio is super reliable and had great communication throughout the whole trip.
