La estadía estuvo buena ya que está en una zona estratégica , lastimosamente siento que lo que ponen en fotos en la plataforma no es nada que ver a lo que realmente te dan al momento de check in, son habitaciones super básicas y pequeñas

You cannot beat the location of this hotel! It’s perfect home base. But be aware it is BASIC. There are literally zero amenities. It’s a place to crash, but you shouldn’t be in the room much in nyc anyway! And when you are, it should be clean and I can attest this hotel was very clean. This hotel is for when your budget is on a budget. But it was great for us and we would stay again.

The highlight of our trip was the bellman, Michal. He displayed incredible and accommodating customer service, truly treating our family of 7 as if we were his family. We will never forget him. All other staff we encountered, especially at the front desk, were rude and less than accommodating (three different individuals). Asking for more towels and pillows was like we were asking for their firstborn child. The hotel is run down and beds were terrible. Will definitely not be back, except to maybe see Michal.

Love the kitchen. A plus in New York city. Dislike the carpet at the reception area. Very dirty..I couldn't seat arround. Comfy beds.

I love the location to be near my daughter in Murray hill. I didn’t like that I arrived at 9:30am on a Tuesday and they didn’t let me check in early even though rooms were available. She said it would be an early check in charge. I usually stay at Bonvoy properties and that would never happen. The room was fine. The bed and pillows very comfortable and the halls clean. Lobby nice sitting areas and friendly staff at the door. Overall good
