    The apartment is composed by:
    - First floor : Dinning room, kitchen and Balcony (20 m²) with view sea.
    1 bedroom , 1 bathroom( hair dryer ).
    - Second floor: 1 bedroom , 1 TV room and one WC.

    In the open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
    Bed linen and towels is provided.

    The property is located 100 m from Orient Bay sand beach, 5 minutes drive from SUPER U supermarket.

    As stipulated in the announcement, the groups of young people under 30 coming to enjoy the nightlife in Saint-Martin will not feel comfortable in the Residence because, to respect the well being of all, we ask our customers not to organize parties and other festive evenings in the apartments.
