VILLA SUZANNA in the heart of Orient Bay. Beach and restaurants: 3–4 minutes on foot

  • Our villa was completely renovated in 2018. It is located 100 meters from the eastern bay (often called the 'Saint-Tropez of the Caribbean', it is also one of the most beautiful beaches in Saint-Martin).

    It is one of the very rare villas which are both not attached and not overlooked.

    The place is very quiet

    The water in the private pool varies between 28 and 34 degrees all year round.

    All rooms are air conditioned.

    In addition, you can fully enjoy the vast 250 m² teak terrace. You will also appreciate the presence of coconut trees and bougainvillea flowers which give a real typical and exotic charm!
    Finally, the entire interior decoration has been redone with great refinement...
    The house is completely secure to allow you to spend a peaceful vacation.
    In the immediate vicinity you are offered numerous activities: canoeing, scuba diving, boat trips, deep-sea fishing, jet skiing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, horseback riding, hiking, golf, tree climbing, tennis... And for night owls, all kinds of nightclubs, casinos, bars, etc...
    Everything here has been designed for pleasure and relaxation...so...happy holidays!
