La villa Caraibe Sea est entièrement de plain pieds une fois le petit escalier d`accès à la villa franchi.

Toutes les pièces sont tournées vers la mer.

La Villa est située dans le quartier résidentiel sécurisé très prisée des Jardins de la Baie Orientale.

Un portail automatique ferme l`accès à ce quartier 24x24 qui est équipé de caméras de vidéosurveillance.

Le quartier des Jardins de la Baie Orientale est situé en surplomb du lotissement de la Baie Orientale avec une vue magnifique allant de l`Ilet Pinel à la pointe de la plage d`Orient Bay.

Les terrains y sont très grands ; les villas sont donc très espacées les unes des autres.

À 1.5 km se trouve la grande zone commerciale de Hope Estate avec supermarchés, coiffeurs, épicerie fine et boutiques de vins.

A 1.6 km seulement de la Villa, soit 4 min en voiture ou 20 minutes à pied, se trouve la sublime plage d`Orient Bay avec :
* ses restaurants de plages,
* ses transats,
* ses activités nautiques,
* sa place du village avec ses restaurants de nuit,
* et également ses commerces de proximité, comme une supérette et une boulangerie.

Beautiful setting and a lovely house

We had a great vacation in this beautiful well laid out house overlooking the bay. The location is excellent - up the hill but close enough to walk to Orient Beach with all of its stores, restaurants and mile long expanse of beach.The facilities were sleek and modern, the rooms open and welcoming and the view a constant delight. Although the pool is not large it was a pleasure to be able to take the plunge in the morning or after a day at the beach. You could always have a shower in the large indoor/outdoor shower (with ultra shower head). Gilles and his team are always responsive and helpful. This is our second trip staying at one of his properties and we would certainly return!

2025 Vacation

We have been vacationing on the island for twenty years and would have to say that this home is our favorite. It was just as we expected for the description if not more. Will most likely be staying there next year.
