Relaxing Getaway Spot

Second Stay

We love this unit! It was our second time staying and we would stay again next year if available. The unit has everything you need you need to cook in and is located within an easy walk to the beach or restaurants. The view from the balcony is perfect for morning or afternoon relaxation.

Delightful getaway

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed a 5 night stay at Orient Blue. Super close to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and a small grocery store. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place in Orient Bay!

This place is awesome!

So glad we decided to stay here. This place is in a great location with a wonderful view of the beach. Clean with great appliances. Very short walk to the beach but still not right on the main road so the noise was minimal. We will definitely be staying there again.

Everything you need for a great vacation – postcard view, comfortable accommodations, walking distance to excellent restaurants, stores and a small grocery. While there was some minor construction going on – it didn’t affect anything. Property owner was very information / responsive before the trip.

Great location

The property is located at the very southern end of the village, just steps from orient beach behind Kontiki bar. It is a safe and short walk to all the village restaurants and stores. It is just as nice as in the pictures and the perfect location for us. The property mangers are very responsive and helpful. We had a great vacation here and would stay again.

Great view. Great Condo. Great Management.

Condo was exactly as pictured and equipped with everything we needed. Walk 3 minutes to the beach and 7 minutes to Orient Village shops and restaurants. Management was informative and responsive before and during our stay via WhatsApp and their portal. Excellent rental experience.

We loved this property! The location was right on beach. The balcony overlooks the beach and pool. It was very clean and even had beach chairs and sun umbrella for us to use. Very close to restaurants and grocery. Thank you so much!!!

Love this location

Orient Blue was in a perfect location. Being steps from the beach is always nice and we enjoyed our morning breakfasts on the deck with a awesome view.The place was very clean, the beds comfortable, the supplies and kitchenware were well stocked. The overall vibe was very inviting and comfortable. Evelyne was a delight to work with. Would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

Beautiful beach side condo overlooking Orient Bay. Condo was very spacious and equipped will all necessities for our stay. Comes with access to two pools and an easily accessible gated shortcut to the beach. Best part was the large porch with view of the bay where we enjoyed morning coffee every day. Check in process was incredibly easy and the property owner was very communicative. 5 out of 5 stars, highly recommend!

A wonderful stay in Orient Bay

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Orient Bay Sint Maarten! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the property. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. The location was perfect – close to restaurants, and shops, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. We especially appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was, allowing us to prepare meals and enjoy them. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Orient Bay. We can't wait to return!

Orient Blue was just as advertised. So close to the Beach & Village. Well equipped with everything we needed. The management was great to work with. We will be back. Maybe a full length mirror & possibly a new mattress would make it better.

Third Stay

Third time staying in this apartment. Clean, fully equipped, nice view from the terrace, effortless check-in and check-out, no problems at all, host is very cooperative and responds quickly to any question. Perfect location if you like a one minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to many good restaurants for any meal of the day, plus other shops and services including a small but well-stocked grocery store. Will be back (soon, actually).

Best place on the best beach

This was our second stay here and we love it! So close to the beach and the bars. 5 minute walk to the "village" and the stores there. You don't need to get in a car except to go back to the airport. A problem with a water leak happened when we were there and Helene bent over backwards to resolve the problem! You literally only need to bring your clothes(or not if you come for the naturist beach!) , the apartment is so well equiped. Cant reccomend this place enough! We are already reserved for next year!

Just what we wanted

When you stay at the beach, you want to see the beach. Here, we sat at the table on the back porch and we felt the beach. The sound of the waves and the sight of the ocean made the porch our "go to" reading place. Just outside the fence were two beach bars where you could rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. And nearby were fine restaurants. The apartment was clean and had a nice kitchen. Our host, Helene, is a lovely person and helped us find anything we needed. This apartment was just the kind of place we wanted.

Summer stay at Blue Orient

If you are going to St. Martin, then you need to stay near Orient Beach, and if you are going to stay near Orient Beach, then your stay needs to be at Blue Orient! Blue Orient is ideally situated minutes away from both Orient Beach and the Orient Village. You could literally take a taxi to Blue Orient and not need a car for the rest of your vacation as everything is within walking distance. The Blue Orient has everything you need for your stay, and is very clean, quiet and comfortable. We did have a slight issue with the WiFi upon arrival, mostly user error, but communication with Lydia was very quick and the issue was resolved quickly. Overall, a fantastic stay, highly recommend, will definitely stay there again!!
