The receptionist at check in made us feel welcome the moment we set foot in the hotel and set the tone for the rest of our stay; very friendly, professional and helpful. Quite close to a metro station and about 25 minutes walk from Gamla Stan. Room was very clean and very adequate. Free water (still and sparkling) from machines in hallways on most floors. All staff we came across very friendly. Breakfast was superb with a good choice for all tastes. Thoroughly recommended.

The hotel is perfectly situated with excellent hotel staff! The extra marshmallow roasting and cinema was a huge bonus which left a lasting memory! The room was clear and a perfect size with plush pillows and bedding, no faults at all!
