Piscine non accessible hors chambre deluxe

Nous avons réservé cette hôtel spécialement pour la piscine ( enfant de 4 et 6 ans ) et à ma grande surprise on nous signale que la piscine est accessible que pour les chambres deluxe. Ceci est signalé nulle part pendant la réservation et surtout la piscine est bien mise en avant . Le lac est interdit à la baignade donc grosse très grosse déception. Lieu sympathique et restaurant top mais les chambres et surtout les Conditions sont à revoir

Uns war nicht erlaubt den Pool zu benutzen. Nach langem Hin und Her haben wir dafür bezahlt. Am Fenster liefen zwei Geräte ohne Ende, dementsprechend war es sehr laut. Der Eingang zum Zimmer war schmutzig. Das Personal erklärte uns nichts. Wlan ist sehr schwach. Das Frühstück war lecker und üppig.

Low your expectations

If you are planning to use the swimming pool, make sure you book a bungalow suite, otherwise you will not be able to use it as only guests in that accomodation has access to it. Apart from that, nice place if you are looking to encounter masses of people, children and deep fried food.

İzole, rahat, sakin.

Gölün hemen kenarında, çoğunluğu açık alandan oluşan, ferah bir tesis. Yemek alanı oldukça geniş. Havuz kenarındaki odalardan birinde kaldık, oldukça konforluydu. Odanın içinde ve dışında kendimize ait alanların olması da çok güzel. Tam kafa dinlemelik, izole bir tesis. Çalışanlar ilgili, kibar. 1 seferinde odamızın temizlenmesini rica ettiğimizde unutmuşlardı, onun dışında bir sorun yaşamadık. Genel olarak beğendik, tekrar gidebiliriz.

The place was good in general there were some things they can work on to improve their facility such as - the room smelled damp - the staff had difficulty communicating with us because we didn’t speak Turkish and they didn’t have any English writing food menus

Askania Otel Beklentileri Karşılamadı

İşletmenin konumu çok güzel tam göl kenarında bir çok aktivite yapılmaya müsait. Ancak temizlik konusunda eksiklikleri var. Oda: Oda gayet geniş ve ferah fakatbakımsız. Üstelik konakladığımız oda hotelin Suit odası. Oda kesinlikle tadilatdan geçirilmeli alafrangra tuvaletin kapağı kırık, musluklar bakırdan hepsi oksitlenmiş, duşakabin kapısı bozuk, jakuzi düzgün çalışmıyor. Yemek / Restorant: Yemek yenilecek yerler manzara olarak çok güzel, gölde kazlar ördekler dolaşıyor, karşınızda dağ ve göl manzarası ama odalardaki bakımsızlık burada da kendini gösteriyor, masalar temiz ve düzenli değil, peçeteliğe ağ yapmış bir örümcek ile karşılaşabiliyorsunuz. Bu tarz bir yer ancak bu kadar kötü durumda olabilir. Hayvanat bahçesi ve oyun alanı: Özellike çocuklar için hayvanat bahçesi kıvamında bir yer ve yanında salıncak ve elektronik oyuncakların olduğu bir bölüm var. Elektronik oyuncakların tamamı bakımsız hiç biri düzgün çalışmıyor ve toz/pislik içinde. Salıncaklar kullanılabilir durumda. Tahteravallinin bir tarafı kırık ve ilgilenip düzeltilmemiş. Market: 22:30'a kadar açık bir market var yakın bir yerde market olmadığından bu çok iyi düşünülmüş. Fiyatlar normalin bir tık üstünde ama kesinlikle kabul edilebilir seviyede. Kontrol: Pandemi döneminde gittiğimizden bunuda ayrıca yazmak istedim. Hiç bir çalışan ne servis sırasında ne servis dışında maske takmıyor. El dezenfektanları masalarda mevcut değil. Ortam kalabalık ve yeterli düzeyde uyarı yapılmamakta.

Temiz guzel bir yer ama her sey ekstra paralı. En azindan bazi soft icecekler konaklayanlara ucretsiz olabilir bence... onun disinda calisanlar guler yuzlu kahvalti servisi biraz yavas haftasonu baya kalabalik oluyor. Göle girme hayalleri ile gitmistim acikcasi ama yilanlar ve baliklarla dolu göl o hayalle gidecekler icin duyrulur... Genel olarak memnundum, guzel bir tatil gecirdik tesekkur ederiz.
