"We recently stayed at this property (April 2026) and found it to be convenient, quiet, and spacious. It was suitable for our needs and was slightly off the beaten path as well, yet still close enough to all of the major events going on nearby. The property is just steps to the River, which made walks and time outdoors so enjoyable - no need to drive anywhere to be in nature. The surrounding area is new and there is construction going on. This was not a bother to us and you cannot hear it. It will be nice to see what other shops, restaurants and offerings guests can soon walk to. One thing I would caution, if not realized, is that there are quite a few stairs. If in reasonable health and without small babies, it’s completely fine. We were bummed that the pool was not open, but this will be a great amenity when it does finally open. You can see the pool from the front door. There is garage parking, and if your vehicle does not fit, there is plenty of parking nearby. No need to trek very far at all. I also pay attention to and do my research on the safety of an area. This is really a safe environment. Chelsea was also easy to communicate with. "

"Spacious home with room to spare. Lots of amenities that we didn't have time to enjoy. The hot tub. The cruisers. But we did use the Ms. Pacman machine. (A diff VRBO we stayed at last year had one too, and I thought what are the odds until I realized it was the same owners.) Comfortable beds, bathrooms worked fine. Full size kitchen although you may want to add one more frying pan. Very pleasant property overall."

"This house was perfect. Spent the 1st evening making dinner, playing corn hole, watching the sunset from the canal, then got in the awesome hot tub and YouTube music videos on the projector. The fenced in yard was a relief since we were traveling with our little dogs. Cute, quiet neighborhood was a plus. "
