The hotel had a great breakfast, staff was friendly. Town was small and absolutely lovely.

The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. It was a pleasant stay. I just wished for a hotel this size that it would offer parking. There is a lot 50 meters outside but throughout the country you have you download and app and pay for it that way. There are not too many spots to park since there are a few buildings and businesses that share this lot.

The only gripe that I have there’s nowhere to unpack and store your clothes in your suitcase. There are only hooks and racks in the rooms. Also, there’s no lotions or soaps provided as well.

Very small room. The hotel is close to the train station, so you could hear freight trains running through the night, although it wasn't particularly loud. Apart from this it was new and very fresh, with an ok breakfast buffet.

Check in problems

Stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and overall had a good stay. However, there were major issues with our check in on the Saturday afternoon- from waiting almost 2 hours (past check in time of 4pm) for our room to be ready, being promised an upgrade for the time and not receiving it, and then having someone else walk into our room after he had been assigned the same room. It was one of the worse check ins I have ever experienced. We were eventually given a room upgrade on the Monday evening, which we accepted and appreciated. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms (both before and after upgrade) were great.

Fräscht hotell med kort promenad till Örebro Centrum. Som vanligt lite mycket folk på frukosten en lördag i semestertid men absolut ett bra hotell. Som elbilsbelist är det (som vanligt) stor nackdel att inte se till att erbjuda laddning.

Komfortabelt og moderne

Fine rom med store vinduer! Fin temperatur om natten. Komfortabel og romslig seng. Vi valgte standardrom, og da fikk vi kingsize dobbeltseng. Veldig god varmmat til frokosten med ulike typer egg, potetkaker, bønner, pølser og bacon. Godt brød og pålegg. Rett ved togstajonen og kort gangvei til butikkene i sentrum.

Tre netter i Örebro

Litt lite rom for fire personer, selv med fire senger, og litt øde utenfor hotellet. Men kort veg til sentrum, og veldig kort vei til sentralstasjonen. Kjemgod frokost, koselig og behagelig foaje, rent og ryddig, god service.

Allting var utmärkt,vi är väldigt nöjda. Frukosten riktigt god,rummet svalt och skönt,personalen riktigt trevliga och man fick ett personligt bemötande. Nackdelen var parkeringen med många p-appar,blir lätt böter här 😄

Varning! Vi gick in för att fråga var man betalar för parkeringen och fick böter under tiden. Skylten med info om parkering vid incheckning stod dessutom vänd åt fel håll. Mycket varmt på rummet men ingen luftkonditionering

Ok hotel. I was there a week upon check-in my roomed would only be cleaned 2 times. If I wanted it more frequently I had to let the front desk know the night before. I went after 4 days and complained my room wasnt cleaned and not omce was my room cleaned. The pillows were of extremely low quality. And althought breakfast was ok it was the same thing every mornings.Not impressed because this hotel has the potential to do a lot better.

Mycket bra läge med gångavstånd till centrum o slottet. Långtidsparkering precis i anslutning till hotellet. Trevlig personal och vid frukostbordet saknades ingenting. Frukostpersonalen dukade snabbt av alla bord så att det blev plats till gästerna. Tyst o lugnt rum på vån 7 och svalt trots att det var 28 grader varmt ute !

Jättebra hotell som kändes nytt och fräscht. Ligger centralt. Frukosten var bra om än lite mycket folk då vi bodde där på sommaren. Dyr parkering utanför då hotellet inte hade någon egen parkering.
