The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. It was a pleasant stay. I just wished for a hotel this size that it would offer parking. There is a lot 50 meters outside but throughout the country you have you download and app and pay for it that way. There are not too many spots to park since there are a few buildings and businesses that share this lot.

Convenient location close to Orebro Central train station and bus station (including airport bus stop). Within walking distance to Orebro castle, Svampen, Wadkoping (old town) and Sobi (a pan Asian restaurant). Free wifi, tea, coffee and water available from ground floor, decent gym in basement with weights, weight machines and cardio equipment, and great breakfast (7-11). Storage room available to leave luggage after check-out if needed. Room service (including cleaning) is not assumed and must be requested from reception. Staff were friendly and helpful (including reception, reception and bar staff). I very much enjoyed my two night stay there during midsummer.

Ok hotel. I was there a week upon check-in my roomed would only be cleaned 2 times. If I wanted it more frequently I had to let the front desk know the night before. I went after 4 days and complained my room wasnt cleaned and not omce was my room cleaned. The pillows were of extremely low quality. And althought breakfast was ok it was the same thing every mornings.Not impressed because this hotel has the potential to do a lot better.

The only gripe that I have there’s nowhere to unpack and store your clothes in your suitcase. There are only hooks and racks in the rooms. Also, there’s no lotions or soaps provided as well.

Check in problems

Stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and overall had a good stay. However, there were major issues with our check in on the Saturday afternoon- from waiting almost 2 hours (past check in time of 4pm) for our room to be ready, being promised an upgrade for the time and not receiving it, and then having someone else walk into our room after he had been assigned the same room. It was one of the worse check ins I have ever experienced. We were eventually given a room upgrade on the Monday evening, which we accepted and appreciated. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms (both before and after upgrade) were great.

Bodde en natt i familjerum. Hade beställt extrasäng, den glömdes bort men ordnades snabbt fram. Barnet fick en gratis drink i baren. Inget toppenutbud för vuxna där dock. Helt okej hotell, nytt och fräscht. Lite dammigt på rummet. Stördes av tågen, tänkte inte på detta när vi valde hotell. Valde detta pga familjerummet men det var inte särskilt barnvänligt.

Det jag är mest nöjd med och tycker är viktigast är att allt fungerade bra med hunden. Det var väldigt lugnt och bra miljö för honom och väldigt fint att det finns skål, godis och en dörrhängare som visar att hunden är i rummet!
