"Upon arriving and informing the front desk I was there to check in I was simply told ‘no’. When I explained I had a reservation through Expedia the lady checked and proceeded to check me in but continued complaining about it. Hardly welcoming. We just wanted to get some snacks from the restaurant and watch the football but the restaurant was really full service with no option to get snacks. We were told any food we wanted would take an hour. We asked if we needed a reservation but were told no...

"Nicht so schön ist der Essengeruch der durch das Haus zieht. WLAN ist katastrophal. Frühstück ist umfangreich und vielfältig."

"Leider liegt das Hotel direkt an der Bundesstrasse. Ab ca. 5 Uhr ist starker Verkehrslärm. Super Service. Zimmer sehr gross. Das Bad ist aber leider etwas klein. Fichtelbergbahn Station unterhalb vom Hotel. Empfehlung für nicht Lärm empfindliche Gäste."
