"The property itself was very dirty. There was vomit in the planter outside upon arrival, the carpets were filthy, and I ran the shower on its hottest setting for 10 minutes before getting in because that’s the only way I could justify bathing myself in it. The communication from the hotel was basically nonexistent until after 7pm on the day of your stay and the staff is unorganized. I’m only giving the overall stay two stars because the size of the room wasn’t bad and I got a good night’s sleep....

The temperature control in the room was amazing. I am always either too hot or too cold, and here it felt perfect all the time. I really loved how green they are. Biodegradable trash bags, fewer towels, etc.
I wish they had 24 hour reception desk available. I know that there is a phone line open when a receptionist is not there but it makes a big difference for an actual person to be present especially for guests who arrive after hours. An extra towel or foot mat for the floor after stepping out of the shower would be good. "
