Enjoy experiencing a tiny home at its finest by staying with us in one of our cabin themed units. Each unit has a rustic/modern feel and comes complete with your very own fireplace and cliffside views.

Cliffside is in the heart of southern Utah’s attractions. Whether you are visiting Zion, Bryce, the Grand Canyon or any of the other amazing places to see we are close to them all.

Feel free to enjoy the common area and fire pit next to the old barn. Cliffside is nestled on 5 acres. Don’t hesitate exploring.

We are very available to assist you with any needs or tips on how to maximize your trip to southern Utah.

Bucket List Trip

The tiny cabin was a very cozy, comfortable getaway after visiting Bryce & Zion. Conveniently located for both parks and Dixie Natl Forest. Loved looking out to views of the cliff wall & the beautiful night sky full of stars. Loved the shower with lots of hot water. Had to improvise with cooking utensils as not a lot provided but didn't take away from our enjoyment of the cabin. Will definitely recommend to others coming to visit Utah.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay in the tiny house! It has enough room for our suitcases and the kitchen made it easy to make simple meals. There is even a toaster and a slow cooker! Coffee and hot chocolate are also included too!

This was by far the best "hotel" ive stayed in!! It is considered a tiny house and we loved every inch of it!! The place was so modern and up to date! Had a big tv and fireplace, stove, microwave, refridgerator. The only thing i recomend is to bring an sleeping eye mask because the sun will wake you up in the morning from the windows above. The owner signed into his netflix so you have access to watch netflix throughout your stay!! The property manager was so nice and gave us dinner suggestions nearby. Must try Thunderbirds for dinner atleast once. Wish there were laundry on facility but they said they are working on adding it. This is a unique must stay!!! Wont disappoint!! Close to both zion and bryce. Bryce is a MUST SEE!!

The location is great if you are visiting Bryce and Zion and want to stay in one place. Our tiny home was very clean. It was perfect for the two of us! Stephanie always responded very quick.

What a GEM !

We had an amazing time at this tiny house! We wish we could have stayed longer. It was a quick stop for us on our long road trip but we fell in love with it! Very clean with really cool amenities. Location is perfect as well! Can’t wait to come back.
