Welcome to this magnificent apartment in a chalet with a breathtaking view of the Orcières-Merlette valley, ideally located for a stay in the heart of the mountains. Facing south, it offers you a perfect setting to enjoy the ski slopes and the resort's activities, while guaranteeing you peace and comfort.



This 60 m² apartment, classified 3 stars tourism, is arranged on two levels and can accommodate up to 6 people. The living-dining room is spacious and warm, equipped with a sofa, an 80 cm flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a hi-fi system. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes ceramic hobs, an electric oven, a microwave, a large fridge-freezer, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. You will also find all the necessary appliances for a friendly evening: fondue, raclette, crepe maker and coffee makers (filter and Dolce Gusto). It has two comfortable bedrooms: the first with a double bed (140 cm) and the second with two single bunk beds. Mattress protectors and pillows are renewed with each rental. A modern shower room and separate toilet complete this space.

Enjoy moments outdoors on the 12 m² terrace, ideal for admiring the mountains all around. An outdoor parking space is available in front of the chalet, and a covered car park, paying in winter, is only 100 m away for more comfort. Smoking is allowed on the terrace, from where you can also enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Located in the Orcières-Merlette resort, this apartment benefits from its proximity to the ski slopes and the resort's infrastructure. Just a 5-minute walk away, you will find the covered car park and the escalator, facilitating access to shops and ski lifts. The resort also offers a childcare area and a snow garden (ESF) for the little ones (from 3 to 6 years old). For moments of relaxation, the wellness centre "La Peau d'Ours" is adjacent to the chalet and offers a SPA area accessible at a reduced price for our tenants.

Pets accepted under conditions and free WiFi access throughout the chalet. The rental of sheets and household linen is possible upon reservation. Our tenants also benefit from a 10% reduction on the rental of ski equipment, with lockers at the foot of the slopes for a hassle-free stay.
