"Staff was wonderful. Room felt dingy-bathroom had stuff on the walls that shouldn’t be there. Toilet handle was loose. Dark hair on the floor-(we don’t have dark hair). Stains on a bench- something spilled and dried on the bedside table. Pillows were very small and flat- maybe 2 inches thick in a super wrinkled pillowcase. Not sure if the bed linen was clean. I wouldn’t stay there again. "

"Not good at all. Property is extremely dirty. Furnishings were rusted, soiled, not wiped down, damaged in tub where you are expected to place your bare feet. We were in room for about 5 min and had to get out. I’ve actually never seen such a neglected property that holds a global brand (Wyndham) and I will be contacting them about the condition of this property. Only good thing about this experience was the front desk agent, she was very pleasant."

"Horrible experience in the hotel’s restaurant. Very long wait, when there were only a few tables occupied. Food never arrived and had to complain. Once they did bring the food, it was not complete and never did get completed. Comping the meal was not good enough when the whole group was not fed. Hotel didn’t do much other than say sorry. I do not recommend. "
