"The Orca Inn is your budget in if you just want access to the island. The rooms are small and mine seemed to get very hot despite not having the heater on waking me in my sleep. The good thing is that because the rooms are small the AC works fast. The parking lots lights shine through the window and the blinds don't do a great job at keeping that light out. Once the sun comes up it is unbearably hot inside.The host was welcoming and it is conveniently located."

However, our TV didn't work and when I asked the staff if I was doing something wrong, her answer was "some of our TVs don't work" and just shrugged. Not a big deal, but still it was odd and not great customer service because there wasn't even an apology. Also, we stayed 2 nights and although I don't need room service to make beds, they only left enough coffee for one morning and there was only one packet...
