This beautiful holiday home is nestled in a family-friendly holiday village that borders the gently sloping seashore. The holiday village is located on the exclusive isthmus connecting the Argentario promontory to the mainland. It lies across from the islands of Giglio, Giannutri, and Montecristo. The holiday village offers all the amenities needed for a perfect family holiday. It features a children’s pool and an adult pool, entertainment/mini-club, a large playground, beach service, numerous sports facilities, and two restaurants serving both regional and international cuisine.
The Giannutri two-room cottages are located next to the pine forest, not far from the beach, pool, and playground. The living area is approximately 36 square metres and consists of a living room with two full-size single beds (which can also be pushed together) that serve as a sofa during the day, a fully equipped kitchenette (with dishes, silverware, and pots), one bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The covered patio with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing, while the children can play on the playground or by the pool. Pillows and blankets are included; barbecuing is permitted in the holiday village; travel time from the Italian border is approximately 4.5 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may, of course, check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, you may also check out the day before. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The sandy, gently sloping beach is equipped with umbrellas, beach loungers, deck chairs, pedal boats, water sleighs, and canoes. The restaurant “Il Pescatore” is located on the beach.
POOL
In addition to a large pool, there is also a children’s paddling pool with a small slide.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The swimming pool and the amphitheatre are the heart of the village and the place where the activity leaders organise games, dances, and various forms of entertainment. In addition to a professional entertainment team, there is also a mini-club and a junior club. During peak season, the entertainment team organises daytime aerobics classes, gymnastics classes, and aqua-gym classes. Mini-club, junior club, canoeing, tournaments, evening games and entertainment, karaoke, dancing, and cabaret. A playground with a slide and other features is available for children.
RECREATION AND SPORTS
In addition to a wide range of traditional sports facilities, including a sports field (volleyball, football), guests also have access to an archery range and a ping-pong table. During peak season, the entertainment team organises daytime aerobics classes, gymnastics classes, and aqua aerobics classes. There’s also a mini-club, junior club, canoeing, tournaments, evening games and entertainment, karaoke, dancing, and cabaret. You can also enjoy the following at special rates: horseback trekking, scuba diving courses, surfing lessons, and recreational fishing

The resort has its own mini-market selling fruits and vegetables.
DINING
The resort has 3 restaurants (including a pizzeria). Here you can savour various Tuscan specialities and enjoy wines from Tuscany. At the restaurant “Il Pescatore,” which has a terrace overlooking the sea, you can also enjoy seafood specialities. Half-board or full-board options are available at the resort’s restaurant.

SPECIAL FEATURES
The resort features, among other things: a laundromat, a small pharmacy, and an ATM. Upon request at the front desk, a free introductory diving session in the resort’s pool is available during peak season.

TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
With its 2,500 residents, Albinia is the largest district of the town of Orbetello in Tuscany. It is connected to the northern part of Monte Argento by a strip of dunes known as the Tombolo della Giannella. This area features an incredibly beautiful natural landscape and a wide variety of animal species. The village of Albinia is situated on a small headland and can be reached via an ancient Roman road. Those interested in sightseeing can visit, for example, the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie or the Torre delle Saline. Albinia also offers a beautiful view, which you can enjoy from a restaurant or café. If you’re in Albinia on a Friday, you can also visit the weekly market and are sure to find a few little treasures! The town of Orbetello rises in the centre of the lagoon of the same name, in a unique location connected to Monte Argentario by a causeway. The Duna Feniglia Nature Park is a strip of dunes connecting the coastal district of Ansedonia with the famous town of Monte Argentario, Porto Ercole. The town of Orbetello houses, in its Civic Museum, tools and other artefacts excavated in the surrounding area, bearing witness to its Etruscan origins. The ancient Cyclopean Walls, as well as the uncovered buildings—both dating from the 6th century B.C.—bear witness to a thriving port life during Roman times. The Maremma Nature Park can be explored by mountain bike, on horseback, by canoe, or simply on foot. From the park’s hills, a breathtaking panoramic view opens up over the Tyrrhenian coast, the island of Giglio, the island of Elba, and Corsica. The hiking trails can be explored on your own, in groups, or with a guide. The water park in Follonica guarantees fun for the whole family! Here you’ll find various water slides, a range of water sports classes, and even Zumba classes to join and try out. If you’re looking for Tuscan specialities, you won’t have to look far here! A wide variety of restaurants, speciality shops, and bars await you in this beautiful area!
