About this property
Magnificent villa with private swimming pool and breathtaking sea/mountain view
- At equal distance from Valencia and Alicante, the villa on 110m2 with all mod cons and 7a garden is situated in Orba in the residential area of La Plana Alta. The house is built on 2 levels, only the main level is rented out. The lower apartment is not occupied during rentals. From the Naya (covered terrace) or the edge of the private swimming pool (4x8m), you have an outstanding view over the valley of Orba (with lemon, orange, almond, olive trees) and the Mediterranean sea in the background. Our house has 2 bedrooms with new A/C, 1 with double bed (with an extra bed for a 5th person), the other with 2 single beds. Living room, dining room, bathroom with shower / toilet and washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen gives you direct access to the pool and terrace. A gas plancha is at disposal on the the lower terrace. Petanque track of 1,5x9m with a stone table and benches next.
During summer holidays, min 7 days. Short stays possible off season (min 5 nights), arrival/departure any day.
Taxes, charges and cleaning included.
From October till April, 1 week free for a stay of 4 weeks (3+1)
