Perfect location for beautiful Eagle Beach

The condo was well stocked for a relaxing vacation. Easy communication with owner and property manager. We enjoyed the location close to beautiful Eagle Beach and the dive shop. Pilar gave us great recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Easy to walk to the beach, but we often drove (with chairs and cooler provided by condo) and had no problem getting a parking spot at the beach.

Much needed holiday break

We rented this unit for a quick post-Christmas getaway and it was just what we needed. The unit was clean and super well stocked and I appreciated the owners supplying pool towels, beach chairs and coolers. And it’s a pretty quick walk to one of the prettiest stretches of Eagle Beach.

First time visitors to Aruba

The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We found the dining area a little cramped, but enjoyed the patio area. The beach chairs and cooler came in handy. Pilar was super helpful and we were glad she was there to help with a couple of minor issues.

Spacious, Clean, Well Stocked

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms are bigger than they appear in the listing. Appreciated the supply of beach towels, coolers, and floaties for the beach. Kitchen well stocked and lots of towels. Master bed comfortable; beds in second bedroom were a little thin for adult use but probably fine for kids. The only issue we had was that the wifi was extremely slow but we had our mobile International service that we used instead.

Wonderful Stay near Eagle Beach

Great place! Kitchen is fantastic with everything you need, large space for the four adults in our party, really nice beds and pillows, great outdoor space and big propane grill. Pool is clutch as well for after the beach or early morning swim right outside the door. 1st floor location makes everything easy and the beach chairs were a major bonus. Would definitely come back. A shout out to the property manager as well who was great to work with.

Property and unit were very clean and well kept. Beach was just a 5 min walk to beautiful Eagle Beach.Pool area is very nice and quiet. Unfortunately for us the hot tub was being worked on all week. They were working hard to get it up and running. Owner and property manager were very quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely stay again

Quit Tropical Oasis near Eagle Beach

We had a great time staying at Sunset Residences. Our condo was spacious and well stocked. The check-in/check-out was easy. The backyard garden and pool felt like our own tropical oasis and Eagle Beach (our favorite) was just a few minutes away. Would recommend.

Soooo amazing!

We had everything we needed, and the unit was very nice. Easy walk to beach. The onsite staff was also on top of every thing, with a special shout out to Pilar (sp) who kept the grounds clean and beautiful. We will be back!

Great property only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The unit was well equipped with beach chairs, coolers, noodles, and other beach items. Nice assortment of kitchen items to prepare meals and a grill. Responsive management and well maintained grounds. The pool was great to play in when taking a break from the beach.

Awesome property, fantastic location!

We had an amazing stay during our first visit to Aruba! The property is perfectly located with proximity to everything. The unit itself was great for us with two young kids. We were able to enjoy the outdoor amenities once the kids were asleep as they are just outside the backyard doors. Elizabeth and Pilar were easy to communicate with and helped us out when we needed it. We can’t wait to come back!

Quiet property with so many extras!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Residences in this first floor condo. Pool right off patio and parking right outside the door was convenient. We thought we would try the stay without a car however after the first walk to get groceries we realized a car would be best. We were able to get a jeep dropped off the next morning! We had great communication with the owner and property manager throughout the stay as needed. Minor issue with the sink was resolved quickly. Walking distance to the beach and then able to drive and explore the whole island-which we loved! The beach near the property did get quite busy when cruise ships were present. However so many places to explore on the island made it possible to make each day of the week special. Be sure to check out the national park. Thank you and we will be back!

Nice Short Stay

It was great getting into the unit early thanks to Elizabeth. The unit was clean and was well equipped. However, we found the beds to be very hard. Nice area, close to everything, especially the beach. Supermarket nearby (but don't go on a Saturday). Would recommend and we would stay there again if we return to Aruba.

Wonderful condo!

The condo was clean, well equipped and really nicely decorated. The pool is great too. Our only note would be to recommend renting a car. The walk to the beach is around 12 minutes on gravel, not quite as short as depicted. Pilar was wonderful as a manager and she even took us to the grocery store. So no complaints. Just get a car or get your steps in!

Super nice spacious place, way above our needs for 2 people but is was nice to have such a nice place for our vacation. Quiett place, we were able to really rest, unlike in hotels where you can hear everything and have tons of people around making noise. Yet very central location with easy and quick access to everything by car (we had private parking and key to electric gate). Eagle beach is 5 minute walk. Apartment had everything and than some - beach chairs, coolers, even swim equipment. Highly recomend!

Very nice vacation spot

My family of 5 adults stayed here for a week in Jan/Feb 2025. The unit is just as presented. It was very comfortable and clean. We did not do much cooking (except for breakfast), but the kitchen was well stocked. The property manager, Pilar, was very responsive and helpful. She made excellent suggestions for visiting and dining.The location was very good. I gave it 4 stars because it is about a 10-15 min walk to the beach and the immediate area looks to be under development. However, I highly recommend this property and would definitely return. It is a very good value. Because of the location, I would recommend renting a car. The beach and several restaurants are within walking distance, but we were very happy to have the car for more exploring.

Great Condo in Eagle Beach Area

We recently stayed at a condo located within a short walking distance to Eagle Beach, and it was a good experience! The property offers a shared pool and hot tub; however, during our visit, the hot tub was not any warmer than the pool.The condo is exceptionally well-stocked with extra amenities like beach chairs, floats, coolers, pool noodles, towels, and snorkel equipment, which are incredibly handy when flying into a destination. The beds were comfortable, which is always crucial when sleeping away from home, and they provided pillows in various firmness levels, which I really appreciated.The property manager, Pilar, was very friendly and helpful. We encountered a couple of snags during our stay, and she assisted us with alternative options, which we truly appreciated.Overall, our stay was delightful and we recommend this condo for its convenience and excellent amenities!

My family and I stayed here for almost 2 weeks… the property was fantastic and just what we were looking for…There was every modern amenity you could of asked for…it felt like a home …Being on the ground floor you had easy access to the pool right off your patio..The kids were especially thrilled and loved the rotating color lights in the pool at night…We felt very fortunate to have found this rental and plan on using it yearly.
