Amazing views, all the amenities you can think of, on the best property located at Eagle Beach, the top rated beach in Aruba; huge top floor terrace with private Jacuzzi; living area with TV, BBQ.....Just unique and luxurious. Plenty of space decorated with good taste, you will not want to leave this Penthouse!

Luxurious and private. Huge roof-top terrace for sunbathing and breathtaking sunset view. Lots of space. Just steps from the beach. 4 pools. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to everything, while still perfect for relaxation!

The Space
This property is located on the best beach in Aruba (Eagle Beach). It is large and luxurious. Very comfortable. The roof-top terrace is great for sunbathing and for watching the sunset over the ocean. One of the nicest places in Aruba!
This is a very well taken care of vacation home with a deluxe feel...much different than other vacation rental properties. The furniture is high quality and upscale (mostly West Elm and Pottery Barn).

Guest Access
Guests have access to Eagle Beach, 4 pools, roof-top sun deck, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. Lots of space for relaxing!

The Neighborhood
The condo is located on a quieter part of Eagle Beach, but is very close to all of the excitement. Easy access to casinos and high rise hotels, a great grocery store just around the corner, and the most beautiful beach in Aruba! The complex is gated and there is 24 hour security on premises.

Getting around
A inexpensive public bus runs right in front of the resort. Taxis are easy to find on the main street right in front of the resort. If guests have a car, there is a designated parking space for the unit (everything is stress free...even the parking!).

The penthouse was fabulous. There are three beautiful swimming pools immediately adjacent to the building, and Eagle Beach is just across a service road. In addition, there are numerous restaurants in the area.There are eight of us, including two children, and we would definitely stay here again. The management was responsive to all of our needs in a very timely manner.

I would highly recommend this place as this is easily accessible to the quiet and beautiful Eagle beach. The sunset view is amazing. The property itself has an amazing views. This indeed is very spacious and a safe area for families. The most beautiful part was the rooftop where one can enjoy the most amazing views of sunset, moon, beautiful sky with stars dazzling alongside beach waves….i would definitely recommend this place.

This property was amazing! Plenty of room for two adults and three teenagers - with some to spare! Great views from the balcony and rooftop; perfect place to watch the sunset. The property was close to everything, and the communication from the owners was timely and helpful.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The host was very responsive to any question we had, the unit was very clean, the location is perfect, and there are a number of amenities on property (gym, sauna, multiple pools). The apartment itself has stunning views of Eagle Beach and the rooftop was our favorite place to watch the sunset. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Aruba!

Really thought of everything!

It was great to have everything you needed at this VRBO versus trying to struggle along while you're on vacation. She really thought of her guests and what they would need while they were away and what they would need. The owner was also so responsive to any questions prior to going on our trip which wonderful. This property was worth every penny . Our family ranging from 3-92 enjoyed every minute. Location was perfect. Beach and pools were beautiful. Close to activities yet away from Palm Beach crowds. Fabulous rental on Eagle Beach

Girlfriends and I stayed here for our 40th Anniversary after graduate school! This Penthouse exceeded our expectations! It was so comfortable, well-stocked with essentials and beach gear, and simply beautiful! Great location right across from Eagles Beach, 3 beautiful pools, a quick bus or taxi ride to shops and excellent security! It will comfortably sleep 12 adults if you don’t mind sharing one of the four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Hot tub and star-gazing on the roof was awesome!Beach,

Family trip

Excellent condo for our family trip- with two coming from California and three from Boston- all adults. Plenty of room for all. Great roof top deck where we had a wonderful family dinner. Complex well kept and quieter than the hotels but just a short walk to wonderful dinners and adventures. Would recommend for any large group. Pleasantly surprised how well stocked with everything you’d need for vacation and top cooking utensils. Nicely decorated. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!

This place had everything we needed. It was stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, and all the kitchen appliances that you could think of. The penthouse had the most fabulous views and was so spacious. The roof top was amazing and we enjoyed our morning coffee up there to evenings playing cards. We will definitely be back!

Great porperty for a relaxing vacation

This property was very clean, spacious and fully stocked! We were 2 families traveling together with children ages 6 to 12. There was plenty of space for everyone. The living area was very large which allowed us all to spread out when all together. Kitchen was stocked with everything we could need to cook a meal for all and more! We had plenty of towels and the beds were so comfortable. The rooftop was an added bonus with plenty of seating for some outdoor quiet during the day and a fun place to see the stars at night. The pool was just downstairs and the beach was a very short walk across a narrow and not busy street. We appreciated being provided with beach chairs as well. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would be happy to return!

Beautiful Condo. Great time.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed such as beach chairs, coolers, some water toys, beach towels and more. The kitchen was supplied with plenty of cookware, dishes, spices and coffee. They even had some drinks waiting for us in the refrigerator. Plenty of space for our group of seven and what a view! The pools were amazing and our 4 year old really enjoyed them. The pool area was never crowded and we did not have a problem getting chairs. Got up early one day and reserved a palapa at the beach. The beach was beautiful, but the water was a little rough for our 4 year old, so we ended up at Palm Beach and Baby Beach on other days. We had many inquiries and Fabiana was quick to respond to all of them. Highly recommend this property.

Fabulous stay - Highly recommend this property

- Easy check-in - Convenient parking - Host incredibly responsive and accommodating (We requested an additional beach chair, which was delivered promptly. AC unit had issues one day, and it was serviced almost immediately. The crew came back the next day to make sure it was working properly.) - Tons of space (room was even nicer than the photos) - Beautifully decorated (some reviews noted signs of wear, but the paint/furniture knicks and such that we saw were minor and are normal for a rental unit) - Gorgeous views - Short walk to beach - Awesome beach (plenty of space to play Spikeball and other beach/water games) - Free palapas (Note: When I went to place chairs to save a palapa at 6:00 AM, I was the first one there. When I went at 7:00, they were 3/4 gone.) - 7-15 minute walks to multiple lunch options right on the beach - Nice pools that weren’t crowded (one was unavailable several days due to tile work, but not a big deal) - Pickleball and tennis courts - Two nice grocery stores and several restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Palm Beach and Oranjestad 10 minutes or less. - Construction of a new building occurring next door, so there was a bit of work noise during the day on weekdays I can’t say enough good things about this property. This was our first time on Aruba, and we would stay here all over again!
